- The brake lights and taillights are the same bulb but have two filaments, IF the brake lights at the rear are working the third brake light bulb is burned out. If the brake lights and third brake light are not working it's possible the brake light switch is bad or needs adjustment or you have wiring issues.

- Black light does exist. It is the light that makes everything glow when put under it. Basically it is a very High UV Light. Contrary to your belief, you can't create something in which emits a Opposite Light or Black light to make Light look dark. This is because every thing we see is part of the light spectrum. So the only way to do this would be by Blocking light, for instance closing the window.

- its considered soft as in not harsh or not as bright so instead of harsh white light is a bit of a softer yellow to it or a cream color where as cool light usually has a blue tint to it as to make it cooler...
