Silo top design should have the careful and rigorous pressure calculation for the conveyor feeding system at full load operation condition, the space arrangement for up-down connection type conveyors, the trestle, the gate valve etc. Ventilation Mouth and Emergency Pressure Relief Valve are must.

- omg i was going to post the same question!!!!! im an avid viewer of entourage, and the first episode of the season pissed me off so much. it was so unlike entourage episodes of the past, and it seemed like the whole show changed including the fundamentals of the characters. also, it doesnt make sense to me that after making one flop, vinny chase can not make one movie?!?! that makes no sense, look at someone like chris rock or ben stiller, their movies always suck but they keep getting work. also, they just stopped mentioning silo. the whole first episode i was screaming WHAT ABOUT SILO?!?!?! lol oh well, the season has gotten better, yesterday's episode with dom was one of my favorites so far.

- Q: A silo (base not included) is to be constructed in the form of a cylinder surmounted by a hemisphere. The cost of construction per square unit of surface area is 10 times as great for the hemisphere as it is for the cylindrical sidewall. I need to determine the dimensions to be used if the volume is fixed 12000 cubic units and the cost of construction is to be kept to a minimum. I also can neglect the thickness of the silo and waste in construction.I need to find the radius of the cylindrical base and hemisphereand the height of the cylidrical base.

- you would first need credentials of some kind to prove you wouldn't mess up the structure that would dangerously affect society, and millions of dollars as just the cost of the huge amount of land that those are built on are high.
- Q: one house foundation . ( approx. 2000 sq.) 3 barn slabs around 120' by 80' slabs. 4 concrete silo foundations
- A small fortune for sure . 40 thousand would be a conservative guess . Why not knock the foundation into its own hole and bury it . Same with rest , dig a hole beside slab , cut it up and bury it .May cost 15 - 20 thousand . Good luck !~
