FAQ about Tower Crane
Q: What serice you could provide?
A: Providing timely delivery, standby engineers are ready to slove any of your problem
Providing all-embraced warranty of products quality, worksite installation guidance
Providing ample spare parts and training of operation and maintenance
Engineers have more than 20 years' experience in tower crane, ready to solve any of your problems.
Q: What kind of steel used for tower crane ?
A: Normally, as for the main force bearing steel structure, Q345B is adopted; as for the assistance force bearing steel structure Q235B is adopted. All of the raw material is outsourced from qualified steel factory in China.
Q: What about our tower crane warranty?
A: Usually there is one-year quality warranty including main electronic parts (not including consumable parts). There are consumable spare parts together with whole machine and normally they are enough for one year.
Q: What is 3 main mechanism of the tower crane ?
A: there are trolleying mechanism/ slewing mechanism/ hoisting mechanism.
Q: Can you equip with light on tower crane jib, monitor, remote control and anemometer?
A: Sure. All of these could be provided with extra cost upon the clients' requirements. But according to general practice, remote control is not suggested because most of the operator feedback operation in the cabin will provide a wide working view.
- Q: Okay, like a week ago I caught a daddy long legs (a crane fly) in my room with a mug and an envelope and I just left it there, when I removed it there were loads of little black dots on the envelope, I didn't really think about it cos I figured it was the coffee that was inside the mug or something. I got rid of most of them but didn't go out of the way if you know what I mean... And now there are loads of TINY little flies in my room. Could these be baby crane flies? Or something else? And if so how the hell do I get rid of them before they get huge and start reproducing all over again?!
- Crane flies reproduce in summer, but the eggs take 2-3 weeks to hatch, not to mention the time they spend as larvae, so if you caught it last week it doesn't sound like that would be the case. I would call an exterminator to get their opinion.
- Q: How do they erect those giant cranes used for constructing tall buildings?
- They build themselves actually.... well the first part is assembled by a small crane but after that hydraulic lifts lift up the top section of the crane while the crane lifts up another mid section and places it underneath itself. cool huh?
- Q: Secured to a concrete floor with 12 30mm bolts
- That can only be answered by analizing it. A crane as you are supposed to know has different loads and directions of impact due to the moving bridge, the trolley, and break loads. So what it can lift depend on the whole structure. Besides depends as much on the type of crane
- Q: What time period would you consider that Stephen Crane wrote in? I have no idea. By time period, I mean like the kind of writing from those times. Ex: Renaissance Period.
- I beleive that he was active around or just after the Civil War. American Romantic?....I know he had a short life (died young)....
- Q: I have a crane fly in my room. I know they don't bite but do they bother people or tend to completely avoid them? I can't find it and I'm going to sleep soon.
- This is a new one on me. It's bad enough we have the urban legend that the arachnid daddylonglegs is poisonous (it isn't), now we have the confusion extending to the insect also. Daddylonglegs as a name for a mosquito-like insect is a term used in Britain. What is called a daddylonglegs in the United States is the arachnid which is often mistaken for a spider. It can be distinguished from a spider by the fact that it does not have a narrow waist as a spider has. Also it has no venom glands. The confusion is further extended by the fact that there is a type of true spider which is sometimes called a daddylonglegs spider!. It is in the family Pholcidae and is more commonly called cellar spider.
- Q: ok I found an injured crane what do I feed it?
- Cranes are omnivores. But I would feed crane with vegetarian stuff like grain, berries, plants, roots, seeds, stems, bulbs, fruits, nuts. But if you want make it non vegetarian then rodents, fish, amphibians, snakes, rodents, lizards, small fish, frogs, shellfish, mollusks and crustaceans.
- Q: Which style of Kung Fu has an animal system besides Shaolin? Which one has the Tiger, Monkey, Mantis, Snake, and Crane animals (not Shaolin because Shaolin has Dragon, Tiger, Leopard, Snake, and Crane.)
- Mantis is not a part of a style, it is a style in its own right. There are also more than one type or style of Mantis. There is Southern Mantis as well as others. There are estimated to be at least 300 to 400, and possibly more style of Kung-Fu. Man have more than one version of branch. Do not get caught up in the idea that Shaolin contains this or that as the subject is controversial at best. You mentioned Shaolin as being Dragon Leopard, Tiger, Snake and Crane. But truth is that everyone did not learn all of those styles. Many students were taught only one of them. The problem here is that people tend to assume that things are always one way, when in fact they often break all rules of assumption. Monkey is another concept or style that is often misunderstood. There is and is not such a thing as a monkey style. It is not easy to clearly explain. The few styles that are called Monkey styles are rare. There is also what ar known as drunken styles. These are not always separate styles but sometimes are taught as a version or level of other styles. Drunken Monkey is often perceived to be a set style or referring to only one specific style. It is not so. drunken monkey can refer to more than one variation of this and may also be seen as something coming form more than one unrelated style. As I have attempted to do, it is a difficult and confusing subject that is often not clear or correct as to what has been published about it. ....
- Q: for example: erection, technical data...
- A bridge crane is one that looks like a bridge (sorry I am tired). It sits on two railway tracks. One at either side of say a building. The tracks are at a fair height. The crane bridge spans between the tracks. Long travel is when the crane moves along the tracks. Cross travel is when the 'crab' moves sideways along the bridge. The crab has the hoist on it with a drum and cable type arrangenment. The lifting gear or hook is attached to the cable. They are very useful in factories for transporting large parts from one process to another. They transport pretty well anywhere in a well designed building in that Long Travel can be X cross travel can be Y and hoist up and down can be Z.
- Q: I am looking for guidance on determining the optimal design parameters for the design of an overhead travelling crane when considering a span of 60m and a lift requirement of 2500Tonnes. If not possible what would be the maximum lift for the same span
- Is this for a nuclear power station? If 2500 Te and 60m really are the specified loads and span then it is likely that it will be used very seldom. In theory you can design for any load to be lifted but maintenance on a crane system that is used once a year (10 years?) is a real problem. The main items to consider are: Availability of winches and bogies which then dictates running beam and rail sizes. For the spanning beam several alternative sizes needed to be designed and then costed. It will be not just weight but transport costs that determine the most efficient sizes The overall height of the crane will then determine the required roof height assuming that the crane is under cover. For comparison the Harland and Wolf cranes in Belfast called Samson and Goliath can lift 840 Tonnes each. Overall design needs to consider speed of travel, acceleration and deceleration rates and a host of other things.
- Q: What is the most widespread animal Kung Fu style in the world?
- MONKEY!!!! Considering how many people's only exposure to Martial Arts is Monkey Magic you'd have to go with MONKEY! style.
