Tower Crane TC5610 Description:

1.CMAX Tower Crane TC5610  is one of the main product of CNBM company, which have competitive price and excellent quality, suitable for all kinds of construction project and can work under all kinds of work condition.

2. Tower Crane TC5610  can adopts standard section hydraulic lifting and connecting, and can decide the crane height according to the actual height of the building, and at the same time the lifting capacity will not be affected.

3. Tower Crane TC5610 has high working speed, good speed-adjusting performance, steady operation and high efficiency. Three-speed motor and mono-speed ratio decelerator are applied in the lifting struction, which enables heavy load low speed and light load high speed.

4.Tower Crane TC5610  has complete set of safety devices, which can guarantee the safe and high efficienct operation of the equipment. The machine is equipped with lifting height limiter, dolly range-change limiter, moment limiter, weightlimiter, circumgyrating limiter, and so on.

5.Tower Crane TC5610  has scientific layout and beautiful appearance. The operator's room is set independently on one side, with good vision field. It creates a good working environment for the operato.

Tower Crane TC5610 FAQ:

1.What is tower crane?

Tower crane is a modern form of balance crane that consist of the same basic parts. Fixed to the ground on a concrete foundation (and sometimes attached to the sides of structures as well), tower cranes often give the best combination of height and lifting capacity and are used in the construction site.

2. What is the meaning of the tower crane’s code?

Take Tower Crane TC5610 for example, the first two letters “TC” means Tower Crane, “56”means jib length is 56 meter, and the last two letter “10” means the tip load is :1 ton.

3. What is the principal to quote the right tower crane to the client?

First, we need to know clients’ requirements, for example, max lifting capacity, height, tip load and jib length.. Second, we need to know what the foundation requirement from the client is and Third if there are special needs. CNBM could suggest proposal according to clear data provided by the clients.

Q: I have a problem in discovering the breakdown in the tower crane control panel. If you can give me a procedure to follow the problem in the control panel.
Generally tower cranes have their electrical panels at the ground floor. Troubleshooting in the tower crane is not different to any other electrical system. First check the power circuit healthiness--switches,fuses,contactors and then go for control circuit. The cranes have few additional interlocks for excessive forward movement, extra long travel etc. Just go through the drawing and u will get the problem solved
Q: Plus why the symbiot instead of bringing the dark side of the carrier brought the gay and jerk side?
1) Something happened to the crane - it doesn't matter what - it was an excuse to bring out spiderman, What happened isn't important. It was a kind of malfunction anyway - NOTHING to do with any villians 2) Gay and jerk side? He wan't being gay, but because he was a jerk in the first place that is why he didn't really know how to dress up properly and being up himself means he doesn't recognise it - which by the way, was well scripted into the movie. It was a bit of a comic relief. The symbiot brought out the darker side of him but that doesn't mean it KNOWs to make him behave appropriately.
Q: What time period would you consider that Stephen Crane wrote in? I have no idea. By time period, I mean like the kind of writing from those times. Ex: Renaissance Period.
I beleive that he was active around or just after the Civil War. American Romantic?....I know he had a short life (died young)....
Q: why are whooping cranes on the endangered species list?
At one time, a few decades ago, there were only 21 (or 28?) of them alive. There was a significant effort to captive breed some, and save nesting areas for others. Now there are more, but their numbers are low enough that it's not a stable population yet.
Q: so yeah i know that cranes do the main work but i guess there are no such really toll cranes to do that with skyscrapers ?
That is a good answer. Ordinary cranes build the steel frame to a height of perhaps 60 feet. The frame is designed so a specially designed crane can climb up the side (like climbing a ladder) to about 50 feet where the climbing crane can complete the frame to about 100 feet, then the crane can climb to the 90 foot level and build the frame to about 150 feet etc. Another method is the floor at about the 60 foot level is completed and extra strong. A crane is assembled on that floor and can complete the steel frame to about 100 feet where another extra strong floor is built. The crane at 60 feet is then dismantled and moved to the floor at the 100 foot level, or perhaps this is a second crane. Repeat until the full height of the building is frame work. As cranes are removed at the lower levels, more floors can be installed and some of the finishing work done. Either way, you can see why very tall buildings are very expensive. Likely both methods are used for some very large and very tall buildings. Neil
Q: What qualifications do you need to be a Crane Operator in QLD, Australia?
You need to do a specific amount of hours in training to be a crane operator in Australia, I know that in Sydney, you are certified by the WorkCover Authority, or that's how it was many yeas back. Special emphasis is on loads, and point of load. We do not need a mobile crane tipping over do we. Safety, working near electrical, and on soft ground. Weight you can extend to on a jib. etc.
Q: I have to create a crane to support a dead load for my Engineering Technology class. It can be made out of only 1/8 inch balsa wood and wood glue, and is going to be graded by the ration of weight held to structure weight.Could anybody give me some suggestions as to how to go about designing this thing? I already know most of the basics, but if anybody could give me some specific tips, they would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
Is this for a nuclear power station? If 2500 Te and 60m really are the specified loads and span then it is likely that it will be used very seldom. In theory you can design for any load to be lifted but maintenance on a crane system that is used once a year (10 years?) is a real problem. The main items to consider are: Availability of winches and bogies which then dictates running beam and rail sizes. For the spanning beam several alternative sizes needed to be designed and then costed. It will be not just weight but transport costs that determine the most efficient sizes The overall height of the crane will then determine the required roof height assuming that the crane is under cover. For comparison the Harland and Wolf cranes in Belfast called Samson and Goliath can lift 840 Tonnes each. Overall design needs to consider speed of travel, acceleration and deceleration rates and a host of other things.
Q: I know you need to put current around the magnet (or certain type of metal) in order to attract but is it possible to use as pushing an object away. if there is please tell me how!
To push an object away, you need equipment that is low to the ground when it applies the force. Bulldozers are designed to push objects. Electromagentic cranes are designed to deal with vertical forces, so they are used to lift and drop metal objects. They use electricity to flow through coils wrapped around a metal core to generate a strong magnetic field. Trying to use them to push things could cause a crane to tip over since they are not designed to deal with horizontal forces. Even if you could get the electromagnet wired to repel metal objects, when you bring the electromagnet near the object, it would repel away in an unwieldy manner because of friction and interference with the ground. And trying to direct a large electromagnet at the end of a long chain would be difficult.
Q: Formulas for calculating outrigger pad sizes, centre of gravity of loads, outrigger loadings
If you are going to be operating a crane, you need to do this on your own. People's lives will depend on you having a good knowledge in this area. .
Q: I'm not sure how to set this problem up. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you :)
We start using by defining mechanical Power: = P=Work/time What is the work here? We lift the box a given distance. Work=mgh Since we know the power of the crane, we can simply plug in the values and solve for t: t=mgh/P This is only true if the crane has a constant power, which seems to be the case LeSmartOne
