Main Features of Tower Crane
1) This kind of crane adopts standard section hydraulic lifting and connecting. The max. height can reach 180m with wall tie ins.
2) It has high working speed, good speed-adjusting performance, steady operation and high efficiency. Three-speed motor and mono-speed ratio decelerator are applied in the lifting struction, which enables heavy load low speed and light load high speed.
3)The range-change structure drives the trolley moving on the horizontal crang jib, with good positioning performance. Planet gear decelerator is applied in the circumgyrating structure, together with moment-limiting hydraulic coupler, which can relize high load capacity, steady starting and reliable operation.
4) The crane has complete set of safety devices, which can guarantee the safe and high efficienct operation. The crane is equipped with lifting height limiter, trolley ranging limiter, moment limiter, weight limiter etc..
5)The cranehas scientific layout and handsome appearance. The drivers cab is set independently on one side, with good vision field. It creates a good working environment for the operator.

FAQ about Tower Crane
Q: What serice you could provide?
A: Providing timely delivery, standby engineers are ready to slove any of your problem
Providing all-embraced warranty of products quality, worksite installation guidance
Providing ample spare parts and training of operation and maintenance
Engineers have more than 20 years' experience in tower crane, ready to solve any of your problems.
Q: What kind of steel used for tower crane ?
A: Normally, as for the main force bearing steel structure, Q345B is adopted; as for the assistance force bearing steel structure Q235B is adopted. All of the raw material is outsourced from qualified steel factory in China.
Q: What about our tower crane warranty?
A: Usually there is one-year quality warranty including main electronic parts (not including consumable parts). There are consumable spare parts together with whole machine and normally they are enough for one year.
Q: What is 3 main mechanism of the tower crane ?
A: there are trolleying mechanism/ slewing mechanism/ hoisting mechanism.
Q: Can you equip with light on tower crane jib, monitor, remote control and anemometer?
A: Sure. All of these could be provided with extra cost upon the clients' requirements. But according to general practice, remote control is not suggested because most of the operator feedback operation in the cabin will provide a wide working view.
- Q: OMG! a phoba of crane flys, and there are 5 on my celling right now!!! What do I do, will the move and fly around eventually? I can't kill them, they are out of my reach, and if they start moving, im runing the %^$ outta my house. Will they die by tommorow? or will they just hang there?
- You !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! that made me jump, i hate spiders... But they do say they are good for keeping the flys down...Personally i use a spray or a fly swatter, the swatter is great because it gives them an electric shock and kills them straight away.
- Q: in the Open Boat by Stephen Crane, in part IV why are the characters not identified?
- The characters are defined by their roles on the boat. Their previous experiences or personalities don't matter here. It is just the narrow repetitive experience of rowing and how they each contribute to it. Each character is Everyman, being thrown around by the merciless, indifferent hand of Fate. I think that Crane was squarely in the company of Naturalists (they think there's no such thing as individual agency, like Darwinism in fiction). The interesting thing to think about here is that one character has a name - Billie, the oiler. Why is this? He's the strongest, he's the most experienced and he's the one that dies. He's an individual to the reader but Fate doesn't care. I'm sure you can flesh the ideas out now.
- Q: What is the scrap standard of tower crane hook?
- The hook shall be scrapped at any time in the following circumstances:Crackle; The wear of the dangerous section is 10% of the original size; The opening ratio is increased by 10% than the original size; The twist of the hook is over 10 degrees; The dangerous section of the hook or the neck of the hook produces plastic deformation; The hook thread is corroded; When the hook bushing is worn at 50% of the original size, the bushing shall be replaced; The mandrel shall be replaced when the hook mandrel is worn at 5% of the original size.?The American Standard can provide for your reference:1, hook hanging points in the effective area of cross sectional wear more than 10%, should be disabled and scrapped.2 any visible permanent deformation and cracks shall be disabled and scrapped.3, if the wear is in the same area in two directions, it should be controlled within 5%.4, any hook opening deformation is not greater than 5%, or in accordance with the manufacturer's guidelines to determine.5, hook bow hook (i.e. intermediate position hook C shape) wear amount should be less than 5%.
- Q: is this normal? I mean VERY VERY afraid. I mean i won't scream but if i see a someone (except other guys) i will hug them tightly and beg for them to kill them... and how can i change this?
- Pshh I don't blame you!! Crane flies are ******* hugeee dude!! The fact that there legs are so long and they just come flying at you, omg you just want to diee. But I'm not scared of spiders, unless they are huge like tarantulass!
- Q: The judge that sentenced people Death or Exile looked alot like Dr. Crane in the 1995 Batman film, which is why I ask.
- Yes Gordon even calls him crane i remember
- Q: How To Make Origami Crane?
- You okorder and see how to make origami crane step by step
- Q: Hi, considering joining a fujian white crane kung fu club, just looking for information on the internet. need videos and photos and descriptions about it. any links? thanks!
- My kind of question! I would like to start off by saying that if you have a Fujian WC school near you, you are very fortunate! I have to travel a bit and worst, wait for Sifu to be available. He is always abroad and busy when home. I learn Yong Chun White Crane. I have practiced Okinawan martial arts all my life and WC is the ancestor of my art, or rather, one of them. What school will you be joining? And Paul, what school do you train in? I also love the Hakka arts, which are somewhat related. FWC is an internal art based on Sam Chien training - Sanchin. It's great to know of others who are interested in White Crane Fist. Lets keep this conversation going!
- Q: from the legend of sleepy hollow, his background, characater, personality, life etc.
- These websites should help you find the answers to your questions
- Q: I need to know exactly how much weight they can lift also how much do they weight?how long is thier life-time?in what temprature they can work?does mosture do any harm to them?for installation , do they need foundation?the exact height and width?
- You need to be more specific. The lifting capacities for container cranes varies significantly, as does any other crane. Some of the variation is based purely on load (horsepower) availability; some is based on speed (rpm) for lift/drop portions of the cycle. Cranes like these operate year-round, at ports all over the world. Some ports have average ambient temperatures in the range of 45 C, with highs up to 60 C. Others can be as low an average as 10 C, with a low peak as much as -50 C. Moisture will, over the long haul, harm them - they're metal constructs, and thus are prone to oxidation. Using corrosion-resistant materials and/or coatings will certainly prolong their usable lifespan. The crane drives (electric motors and power electronics) are also susceptible to moisture and other contaminants. All true dockside cranes require some sort of permanent foundation; it's usually part of the pier construction itself. However, there are portable cranes that operate without one. There is also more than one crane manufacturer out there - all will have their trade secrets that will make each look a little different than the rest. It will generally also reflect in their operation parameters, and in their expected life cycle.
- Q: Protected cranes are nesting in pine trees with possible disease carrying bird droppings covering drive way and street where neighborhood children play. I've called several local organizations only to be told there is nothing I can do since they are protected by law. These birds return every year and stay for about 4 months - each year gets worse with droppings and stench. Daily cleaning is required but that still does not keep the areas around them clean.
- Give the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service a call I'm sure they will help in some way.
