Q: In the Sweet Brown Aint Nobody Got Time For That remix by theparodyfactory1, there is a video clip of 3 guys dancing at 0:59 seconds. It looks like it might be from the 80's or 90's. Does anyone know what it is?
stud there is supposed to be a new online section for tire reviews, I don't know if stud less snow tires were tested, but lets hope so for your sake, and americas tire may not have a tire store near you, but their website has a section for customer reviews after you pick a certain make of tire, if the snow tires are still on the website, you may find more information. ADDITIONAL DETAILS, I took a look on the new tire rack web site and there is a section for tire testing for snow tires, the Bridgestone/Firestone Blizzak tested as well as any other of the stud less snow tires and there is now a section for customer long term reviews for many different tires that may be helpfull as well.
Q: So right after the curved pipe that comes out of the muffler a piece of pipe, probably a little over a foot long rust off. The pipe itself wasn't that rusted just the ends of the piece that broke off. The front of the exhaust pipe is still secure and the curved section attached to the muffler seems secure as well. My father is good at fixing cars and is going to replace this section with another piece of pipe and fittings/clamps etc. Does this sound like an okay fix?
Did /watch?vqQHSJg2Exk0 And if you watch very closely you will notice some lightning in the middle of the video, so I think there is a connection.
Q: I asked my mom if it was safe to go to sleep with the fire still going and she said yes. I'm worried because the fire is just out in the open and I'm afraid that somehow it could start a fire. I want to go to bed because I have a busy day tomorrow catching up on school work, but now I feel like I have to stay up all night until this stupid fire goes out. What should I do? :(
The easiest solution is to measure the O.D. (outside dimension) of the pipe coming out of the wall, or take the piece you cut off. Go to a plumbing supply store (best) or to a Lowe's or Home Depot. The store salesman will find a pipe with the exact O.D. dimension you measured (to use as a reference only), then match up compression fittings to connect from the wall to a new horizontal piece, then to the p-trap. (What you called a J bend pipe). PVC fittings will be much easier to work with also. Connecting the drain housing to the sink is done using plumber's putty under the lip of the housing and tightening the nut underneath, which will create a waterproof seal. Do not use silicone.
Q: Our sub-division recently added speed bumps to prevent speeding traffic. The ISD is now saying they will not allow their buses to pick up the kids. There will be one pick up at the front of the sub-division, which for some would be a 15 min walk. This will create a large group of kids congregating and also there are no sidewalks leading to the point where they want them to meet. What do you all think?
Hey, it's Vince's baby. He can induct anyone he wants.
Q: A fire hose ejects a stream of water at an angle of 31.1° above the horizontal. The water leaves the nozzle with a speed of 32.0 m/s. Assuming that the water behaves like a projectile, how far from a building should the fire hose be located to hit the highest possible fire?In meters
Your lab instructor will likely inform you whether contacts are allowed or not. If working with volatile chemicals, the chemicals can get from the air into the lenses so most people take their lenses off for their lab and put them in again after.
Q: I'm in an apartment, and have been having trouble with my toilet fill valve. I had a leak into the tank which necessitated me turning off the toilet valve several times, and I guess that loosened the nut on that valve a bit, because I got drips coming out of that valve onto the floor. Instead of calling maintenance, I decided to try and fix it myself, and took a wrench to the nut on the toilet valve. I turned it and stopped the leak, but I also turned the toilet valve about a centimeter to the right, meaning that it pivoted about a centimeter clockwise in relation to the wall. I have no outward signs of a leak inside the wall, nor can I hear any leakage, but I'm just concerned that I may have damaged the piping in the wall somehow, and that it might be dripping or leaking without me knowing it. How is the piping usually set up inside the wall for a toilet valve?
yes, they are usually done with pretty much the same thing as pvc cement. Some, use compression fittings. if there are nuts on the ends, it is probably compression fittings. easiest thing to do is cut the pipe close as possible to the fitting, then just install a new one. hopefully, there is enough slack in the pipes to allow you to do this.
Q: If there was a fire and I went to pull the fire alarm what if I read the directions out loud to help me to understand what to do and to make me more confident? Also what if my hand slipped and I had to pull the handle again and I said uh-oh? Do people ever talk out loud to themselves or to a friend standing nearby in this situation? Why is it that someone would do this silently while another one would talk out loud and still get the job done? If a kid were to pull a fire alarm in a fire would they be more likely to talk out loud since it is a new thing for them? What would they say out loud to themselves in this situation to help them?

Q: why did my mom put a smoke detector in my room!?
Been a plumber over 40 years. What you have now is pure junk. You will surely be removing sheetrock.Type L hard copper would be a permanent and sure way to a trouble free system however being from the old school I have no faith in shark bites being buried in a wall. The only sure way is to sweat it together. It takes more time, but is well worth it. The only reason these new fangled ways of joining pipe and fittings, is because not many people can sweat copper any more. If this job is put in right you probably won't need a regulator unless your your pressure is off the map. Hope this helps.
Q: I think OSHA would require safety goggles around those things..
Gorilla Glue is just right, but weight it down at the same time it dries. GG expands something like 30% and makes air bubbles when drying, so if it can be no longer weighted, the rubber piece will stick up and may ooze. Use sparingly!
Q: IF my brother and I discovered a fire and we were safely outside could my brother come with me when I pulled the fire alarm to stay together? Could my brother help me to make sure I'm pulling the alarm? How would my brother offer assistance to get the alarm activated?
yes you can buy them off OKorder
