But since dry ice sells for a dollar a bucket, or something like that, why invest time and money to make small amounts of it? It's not just soft (fine gold - 24kt), it's soft like lead. You CAN indent it with your tooth and a good bite, just like the old movies. You can bend a wire like overcooked spaghetti. The best materials? Steel, just like people use. Machines aren't made from it out of coincidence, it's because smart people chose the best materials.
