Applications

1. J-14 has the effect of delayed coagulation, when it mixed use with other admixture,

test must be done to confirm the validity.

2.when JF-14 is first used, it must be mixed according to above introduction in the testing laboratory.

3. JF-14 is suitable for mixing concrete which grade is ≤ 60.

Properties

*Liquid dosage: 1.4~2.4%, power dosage: 0.75-1.5%, water-reducing rate: 13-26%.
*The same cement water ratio with JF-14 can improve incipient slump constant of concrete 10cm above，and it is suitable for transporting goods concrete at long bowls.
*Greatly improved the workability、moisture retention、cohesiveness of JF-14, and can reduce pipeline pressure when pump.
*There is delayed coagulation in initial set, can reduce the early rate of exothermic reaction during hydration
and be favorable to pour concrete in mass.
*To improve and change the pressive strength、rupture strength、tensile-strength、impermeability、lasting quality of concrete.
*JF-14 applies to concrete work under the condition of -5℃-40℃.
*Impervious gradation of mortar can be P8-P10, impervious gradation of C30 concrete can be P14. The highest impervious gradation of concrete can be P40.
