Description & Applications

• JF-5 is no chlorine and low alkali.

• JF-5 is low content, reasonable price and better economic result.

• JF-5 applies to common concrete.

• JF-5 applies to the cement admixture which is made by anhydrite and fluorgypsum and steamed concrete

Properties

• Dosage: 0.5-1.0%.

• There was no significant effect on the setting time.

• Air content increased slightly.

• Retention value of slump constant: 1h≥90%

• Before JF-5 mixed use with other admixture, it must pass the laboratory test.

• Use it in the above 5 degrees celsius temperature conditions.

Uniformity

Concrete performance with 0.75% dosage by binder mass

Conclusion: the project is in line with retarding index of “water-reducing admixture” of GB8076-2008.

Packaging, transport and storage

• Powder JF-5 is available in 25kg film-lined bags. Other special package  can also be available according to prior

  consultation.

• Dry and well ventilated warehouse is needed for storage to prevent absorption of moisture and agglomeration.

  If storage has surpassed the time, test must be done to confirm the validity.
