The products are mainly used as inner lining for kilns in the metallurgy, petrochemical, machinery and electrons, ceramics industries, etc., and insulating material for nuclear power industry.

Fiber Blanket Features

1.Low thermal conductivity,low thermal capacity;
2.High wervice temperature,and can contact with the flame directly;
3.Good thermal stability, chemical stability and thermal shock resistance;
4.Good sound and heat insulation ability;
5.Easy to construct and convenient to use.

Q: I live in Atlanta and am thinking about having my attic insulated with blow-in insulationI currently have a mixture of the original mid-1960's cellulose insulation that is basically dirt now with rolled insulation laid on topWith that in mind, I have some questions:1Should I remove the rolled insulation or have the blow-in laid on top of it?2What type of insulation (cellulose or fiberglass) should I be looking to get from a vendor? What R rating should I request?3Is there anything I should be aware of or careful about when selecting a someone to do this and when it is actually done.4What prices should I expect to pay for a minimum of 18quot; blown in on about 2600 square feet of attic space?5If anyone lives in Atlanta and can recommend some companies that do blow-in insulation, I would appreciate itI'd rather give my business to an independent company than Lowe's or Home Depot.Any help would be most appreciatedThanks.
First thing is not to automatically go with the low bidderMy recommendation is to ask a lot of questions before selecting a contractorSee who is on the top of their gameDon't be afraid to challenge the contractor responsible for your comfortRemember, that's what they are there forFrom the information you provided they all seemed competitiveYour final decision should be to consider the most professional and thorough company of the bunchThe good thing is that all four of these companies are quoting you reputable productsAmerican Standard is the top of the line for quality equipment these days, but Trane is not that far behindAs far as I know, Trane aquired American Standard HVAC as of about 2 years ago As far as the equipment, I see the companies that quoted American Standard included new lines with their numberWith the new refrigerant (R-410a) that has replaced the old (R-22), the need for new refrigerant lines is very importantThe oils from the two refrigerants do not mix well and will cause a freeze up if the do not properly evacuate the oil during installationIf you opt out of new lines just be sure that the old lines are thoroughly flushed, that nitrogen is added to the pipes during brazing and a good vacuum (between 800-500 microns) is achieved before chargingAlso make sure that the company performs sub-cooling calculations when the A/C is testedThe desired subcooling should be provided by the manufacturerAmerican Standard will list the desired subcooling directly on the outdoor unitThis last step is very important for the new units that use R-410a Ask for a start up sheet with the calculations upon completionMake sure that they note all the proceedure performed and that you are happy with their work before issuing the final payment.
Q: I was reading in a magazine that pet hair from husky can be used.
do not cook on high.grilled foods are to be cooked slow to allow the flavors to blend.it is the key to food cooked throughout and great tasting
Q: Almost every time after I eat a meal I have to go 2, and I use to think it meant I have a high metabolism, but I'm chubby so I don't think it's that lolDoes this mean my body produces a lot of fiber? (I don't eat those special fiber foods)What are the benefits and bad things about this?

yu should start with big needles because they are very easy to learn with and once you get more advanced you could switch to smaller onesAny yarn from JoAnn Fabrics i would suggest they have good qualityYou should start out with something basic like a scarf until you get the hang of itKnitting really relaxes me! Good luck!
Q: i work out three times a week.my goal right now is to gain weight(mass).im wondering if this laxative will conflict with my goals of gaining weight.the reason why i want to take a laxative is because ive never done it before and i want to clean my system.
Hey Bryant, Detoxing and/or cleansing have absolutely no medical benefit and are in fact harmful to the digestive system and internal organsThere is no build up of bad plaque in a normal systemIf we had a layer of undigested foods or toxins lining our systems, we would all be dying of malnutrition since we would be unable to properly absorb nutrientsOur bodies detox 24 hours a day through respiration, sweat, liver, and kidneysWe can help detox/cleanse by eating a healthy diet with minimal added sugar and saltLots of fresh fruit, vegetables, whole grain foods, beans, peas, and brown rice keep a system as healthy as it can beThe less processed your food is, the betterMinimal alcohol, caffeine, sodaTry to drink 100 oz of ice cold water per dayRead food labelsIf you can't pronounce it, don't put it in your bodyTo cleanse the digestive system, search foods high in soluble fiberSoluble fiber encapsulates fatty acids and toxins as they pass through the system minimizing absorption of fats and re absorption of toxins15 bean soup is a great hot food right now high in soluble fiberFiber foods give the intestines a good workout by giving them something to push againstOh ya, that action (peristalsis) burns calories as wellGood luck.
Q: Bought 1880's house with lathe and horsehair plaster wallsHave to do some re-wiring, replace windows, add pipes for hot water baseboard heat and need to add insulation to the outside wallsall of this on both first and second floorsGoing to either cover existing walls with drywall or remove them and replace with drywallWhich is best? As I'm going to place drywall anyway, is it best to remove plaster walls first? Or is it okay to just cover them up to decrease the amount of hours and mess that removing them involves?
Nope, sorry, inefficientVac trucks are much better.
Q: is it possible to stick a metal sheet on a ceramic before it is kilned and later cover it again with ceramic to hide the sheet? in other words, can i glue a metal plate on my old ceramic vase and cover it with ceramic paste again? thanks
i have no clueand i have no clue what that even iswrong section by chance?
Q: can electricity be conducted through fiber optic cables
The fibers in fiber optic are glassGlass does not conduct electricityHigh voltage transmission lines have protected easements and path waysThey are also monitored and inspected on a regular basisIt is a good business practice to make use of this infrastructure for additional usesSince the fiber optic glass is not effected by the electricity it may be strung directly along side of itIn fact it may be placed inside of the neutral power lineThis fiber path may then be used by the power companies for internal monitoring and communicationsThese reduces operation cost by eliminating the need to have phone lines built out to remote locationsThe fibers, or the pathway may also be resold, or leased to telecommunications companies, such as phone, CATV, and data providers.
Q: I'm getting electric shocks when i touched someone or other equipment's (car door, laptops, etc.) Also after sleeping if i touched the bed ( NOT THE MATTRESS OR BLANKET) the legs or the border i get shocks on it alsoits really difficultSometimes it giving a big shock and its damn painingbut when i put on my shoes i'm not getting the shockbut its impossible to put on the shoes everytimeeverywhereI KNOW ITS STATIC ELECTRICITYBUT I NEED A REASON HOW TO GET RID OF IT AND TO AVOID ITPls
Increase the humidity via a humidifier or change the materials in the bed and rugs to natural fibers like cotton or wool, not artificialor do not wear socks of artificial materials, only cotton or wool or all of the above.
Q: 1959 house that has r-30 insulation up in atticHowever the walls and crawlspace are not insulated and the windows are old double hung windowsMy question is, what would be most significant in helping this home not feel like an ice house? What would you do first and why? Do windows first? Insulate the walls? Insulate the crawlspace? Weathering stripping and chalking are done but house is still icy.
yummmy!! just leave them on the pan and put plastic wrap over them and put them in back in the oven to sit(that is, of course when the pan and the oven have both cooled down.
