3.Application

FRP Light Pole is produced with a special FRP production process with high gradepolyester resin and fiberglass reinforcements, which has most of the FRPmaterials good properties, such as light in weight, high strength, chemicalresistance, non rust, easy maintenance and good appearance, the pole could bemade to rich colors depending on the client’s preference.

There are two types fixing ways: direct shaft bury and flanged fixing. TheFRP light pole could be with shaft pole, with single arm or with double arms.The direct shaft bury is an easy way to assemble, it just needs to put the poleinto the pre casting cement. Another fixing way is a steel (FRP) flangedassembly.

We design and produce the FRP pole according to ANSI CI 136.20:1990<<Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic Pole>>. The pole hardness couldreach 45 and its flexural strength could reach 350 MPA.

Our standard pole maximum length could reach 12000mm length with bottomdiameter of 260mm and top diameter of 80m, any length less than 12000mm couldbe custom produce. We also supply design and supply to electrical pole.
