Application :

High alumina refractory cement CA50,have passed the ISO international quality certifify.According to the different content of Al2O3,they can have totally foue types:CA50,CA60,CA70 and CA80.They have the advantage of longer setting time, can resist high temprature, better stability in air, rapidly strength,no addivity and suitable for confect all kinds of castables and low cement refractory castables, refractory concrete, ramming mixes, gunning mixes and manmade marble bricks etc.

Q: Is fireclay poisonous?
Refractory materials are typically oxides, alumina, magnesium oxide and aluminate cement and etc, which are non-toxic.
Q: What are the standards of refractory concrete ?
General requirements (1) All the materials for compounding refractory concrete must meet the design requirements and they should be checked according to the relevant standard. (2) The compounding of refractory concrete should be done strictly in accordance with the compounding proportion (usually weight), and the using of various binders, aggregates, coagulant, and water should be accurately measured. Tolerance of difference of cement, powder and water should be not more than 1 %; weight of aggregates does not exceed 3%. (3) The mix of different varieties of concrete must be prevented. (4) A variety of raw materials should be piled separately according to different species, mark numbers, dates of manufacture. Do not mix with limestone, silica, railroad ballast, dirt and other harmful debris.
Q: Which are fireproofing external wall materials?
According to combustion performance, external wall thermal insulation materials are classified as Grade-A and Grade-B. Grade-A refers to incombustible material and Grade-B combustible material. A few years ago the fire in CCTV building and Shenyang Hotel were caused by Grade-B material. Currently Grade-A material is more commonly uesd and less expensive than Grade-B material. Grade-A material can be divided into thermal mortar, phenolic foam board, rock wool board, foam cement board, etc. Thermal mortar is easy for construction and unexpensive, but it is also easy for faking due tou its simple procesing. It is recommended to find a large factory whihc has gone through the formalities.
Q: As for fireproofing material rock wool and glass wool, which one is better?
First of all, glass wool and rock wool fireproof materials, rock wool and glass wool belong to Class A fireproofing rating, secondly, rock wool can endure high temperature of 800 degrees, glass wool high temperature of 450 degrees, again, unit weight of rock wool is relatively heavier and unit weight of glass wool is lighter, finally, glass wool has better waterproof performance.
Q: What is the classification standard of fireproofing material levels?
Standard: Class A: Incombustible building material, almost without burning. class A1: Non-combustible, no open flame, class A2: Non-combustible,it needs to measure smoke and be qualified. Class B1: Nonflammable building material: Nonflammable materials have good flame resistance function. when it contacts open fire or is under high temperature, it's difficult to burn and be spreading rapidly, and will stop burn after removing the combustion?source. Class B2: Combustible?building?materials: Combustible materials have good flame resistance function. when it contacts open fire or is put in the air at high temperature, it will immediately burst into flames, and easily result in the spreading of fire, such as wooden column, timber roof truss, timber beam, wooden stairs, etc. Class B3: Inflammability building materials, without any flame resisting effects, easy to burn, and has large danger of fire disaster.
Q: What are the new types of refractories? What are the characteristics? Their applications and developments?
AZS refractories are often used brick, corundum brick, magnesia chrome brick, silicon carbide, silicon nitride bonded silicon carbide, nitrides, silicides, sulfide, boride, carbide and other non oxide refractory materials; calcium oxide, chromium oxide, alumina, Magnesium Oxide, beryllium and other refractory materials.Often used insulation refractories are diatomite products, asbestos products, insulation panels and so on.Unshaped refractory materials commonly used are fettling, refractory ramming material, refractory castable, refractory plastic material, refractory clay, refractory gunning, refractory cast material, fireproof coating, lightweight castable, mud etc..
Q: how to classify the fireproofing material levels A1 A2 B1?
their classification is shown specifically in Fireproof? Specification of Building Interior Decoration?Design GB 50222-95 appendix A, flammability, inflammability materials, flame retardency, noninflammability: combustion performance of A, B3, B2, B1 materials are divided into
Q: How many levels are there in the classification of PP fireproof materials?
PP fireproof materials level V-0: After two 10-second fame tests on the sample, the flame extinguishes within 30 seconds. Inflamer can not drop. V-1: After two 10-second flame tests on the sample, the flame extinguishes within 60 seconds. Inflamer can not drop. V-2: After two 10-second flame tests on the sample, the flame extinguishes within 60 seconds. Inflamer can drop.
Q: What is the the best ratio of mortar in refractory cement?
The ratio of refractory cement are: M10 the ratio of cement and mortar: cement: Sand= 346kg: 1631kg M7.5 ratio of cement and mortar: cement: Sand =274kg: 1631kg M5 The mix proportion of cement and mortar: cement: Sand = 209kg: 1631kg M10 mix proportion of composite mortar: cement: Sand: Lime =306kg: 1600kg: 29kg M7.5 mix proportion of composite mortar: cement: Sand: Lime =216kg: 1600kg: 64kg M5 The mix proportion of composite mortar: cement: Sand: Lime =205kg: 1600kg: 100kg
