- It's too bad you don't have access to an acetylene torch as that is probably the best way (maybe you can rent one). There is a penetrating spray called PB blaster which I have used with limited success. You might try some kind of a heavy duty mechanical puller. Otherwise if you haven't installed it yet you can try taking it to a machine shop, but will be costly.
