- You can't fix this for free.unless you know someone who will fix it for you. The screen has to be replaced. Kits can be purchased from a hardware store. You will need spline, screen and a tool especially made for replacing the spline. The spline is long rubbery stuff that holds the screen in. The tool looks similar to a pizza cutter. This is a very inexpensive repair but not free.

- Go to a home improvement store like Home Depot and get a replacement burner for a propane barbeque. It has a air venturi that produces blue smokeless flames. Put the burner unit in the fire pit and use a propane tank away from the burner by using a longer hose so the propane tank doesn't get hot. If you want to keep it super cheap, use charcoal briquets.

- You can not. The power is limited by law due to health risks with higher power. You would need true line of sight with NO obstructions and external directional antenna high up connected to wireless bridges at each end. That MIGHT get you about half a mile. For enough power to reach more than that you would need at least a 60 foot mast, requiring approval from the radio regulatory control in your area. You would need to prove your capability of maintaining such high power equipment safely. You need serious qualifications for that.

- No. An RTD has a stable wire like a platinum one which is known to change its resistance by a certain number of Ohms per degree Celsius. You take a coil of that platinum that is know to have a resistance of 100 Ohms at a standard temperature, check its resistance at the temperature you are observing, and see how many degrees are needed to account for the new resistance. A thermocouple is a pair of two wires with different EMF constants (like Iron and Constantin) that are touching. When put into an elevated heat they will generate a small voltage at their junction. Measuring that voltage will tell what the temperature is
- Q: At my work place there are several parking lots, and on the side I park on there is a pink fire hydrant on the grass directly in front of a parking space. - Well you must break all three expenses down seperately. Your landlord is not responsible for the doctor visit if he/she took ordinary care. Meaning that he/she did not know that the water heater was going to catch on fire. The water bill is not his/her responsibility because there was no way of knowing that the hose would burst regardless of the age of the hose. The electric bill could be partially the landlord's responsibility because the fans and the dehumidifiers were running to dry out his property. However, if you were doing it for your comfort and enjoyment and not because he instructed you to do so then he is not responsible for that also. In the end, it really comes down to the terms of your lease and which state you live in.

- yes but the paint should be dry for at least 24 hours- if there is any moisture left it can cause the resin to not set properly and can cause bubbles.
