QTZ100(6010) tower crane tower crane is novel hoisting and conveying machinery which is designed by fully utilizing the group technology, the combinational design technology and the finite element analysis technology and taking the tower crane microcomputer design platform as a tool.
The crane is a horizontal-arm-rest trolley-amplitude upper-revolution hydraulic lifting type crane which has the maximum working amplitude of 56m, the independent lifting height of 40m, the adhesion lifting height of 150m, the rated lifting moment of 710kN•m and the maximum lifting moment of 853.2kN•m. All the performance parameters and technical indexes of the crane meet or surpass national standards.
The crane features advanced parameters, excellent and reliable properties, attractive appearance, high quality, simple and practical structures, advanced safety devices, convenient maintenance, safe usage and reasonable prices, and is ideal construction machinery for many construction enterprises.

The lifting boom and balance boom adopt cantilever boom structure, which reduces the hoisting modular and makes it more safe, convenient and flexible to install and uninstall, and reduces the requirements for hoisting equipment and the site.
2. Multiple special mounting brackets are available, which saves the installation time and ensures safe and quality installation.
3. The lifting boom adopts cantilever boom structure and variable cross-section materials, featuring more reasonable structural stress and long service life; and it is easier to make different combination of boom length.

Q: (a)What is the power output of the crane. (ignoring losses)?(b)If it takes the cran2 2 minutes to raise the payload to its final height, how far above the ground is this?(c)If the cable were to break as the payload reaches its final height, how fast would it be traveling as it hit the ground?
a) As the crane is lifting at constant speed, there is no acceleration on the payload, therefore the net forces on the payload are equal to 0. Therefore the crane overcomes just the force of gravity = 500*9.81 = 4905 N Power = force * velocity = 4905 * 0.7 = 3433.5 W b) distance = speed * time = 0.7 * (2 * 60) = 84 m c) assuming that the cable breaks while it is still going up at 0.7 m/s, therefore initial velocity upwards = 0.7 m/s. using v? = u? + 2as: v? = 0.7? + 2(-9.8)(-84) = 1646.89 v = √(1646.89) = 40.9 m/s the payload will be travelling at 40.9 m/s when it hit the ground.
Q: Does anyone know of any companies that sell mobile cranes suited for extreme cold? I'm aware of Liebherr and Havator's harbor cranes, but I can't find much else. Thanks
this is not my area of study but i will give you something to consider. if you are looking for a large capacity crane for use on permafrost, you wont find one. the pressure placed on the permafrost by large weights will cause it to melt. anything that is heavy, like a house, will sink in the tundra just like it will in a swamp. for houses they excavate the foundation a build a giant wooden raft that the hose floats on. in ST Petersburg, Russians preferred a mix of reeds and slave laborers corpses's to build the raft. as long as the ground is not frozen there is somebody how makes what you want. if the ground is frozen, you will only find small machinery. best of luck ps dont look to hard. lots of diesel engines work great at sub-subfreezing temps.
Q: I got the Fly crane TODAY and I never even flew it, but I charged it up and it wont fly. The blades spin for 5 seconds, and then stops.

Q: Under what circumstances does a tower crane require third party testing?
New clothes, relocation or transformation should be examined by the quality and Technical Supervision Bureau
Q: please be specific! thank u so much
Sorry, but there's no such thing as a Chips Ahoy Crane/Machine. I'm pretty sure I know what you're talking about, though. Chip the Wolf's Grabbing Machine, right? They deleted it a while ago. Links used to work for about a month after they deleted the machine, but now they don't. I would explain how it used to work, but it wouldn't benefit anyone at all(and it would just take up my time). fruits_7_40_12 (check out my house and yardsale)
Q: I was looking at the glidecam hd1000 for my canon vixia hv40, but now I think I'm more interested in a crane (jib).I was thinking of the advance digital 6 ft. crane. I would replace some of the plastic parts for metal.I'll be using it to film sketches and short films. (my budget is 350 dollars, but id like it to be under that)the crane is 200 dollarsthe glidecam is 370 dollars (on amazon)Thanks,Mike
It depends on the shots you want to get. The $370 HD-1000 Glidecam handheld stabilizer works fine for short sequences when walking or even running. But for the most part, if the camera is going to stay in one place, then a tripod is better. Back to the Glidecam handheld stabilizer... it is small and once set up (counter weights) you can leave it as-is and easily/quickly mount/dismount the camera as needed. Generally, it will be used at eye level so the camera's LCD panel can be used for framing shots. The Advanced Digital Crane stand ($60) and Crane ($150) will take a while to set up assuming it is taken apart after each work-day. It is fairly large and can get to heights the handheld Glidecam cannot get to. When the camera is mounted to the crane stage, you will not be able to see what the camera sees very well, assuming you are at the side of the crane where the counterweights are. You will want to use a monitor. I use a Sony portable DVD player with AV-out connected to the camcorder's AV-out. The rechargeable battery life on the portable DVD player is quite long when the DVD motor/player mechanism is not used. An RCA-ended extension cable will be needed. (for what it is worth, I have a Kessler 8 foot crane and use their heavy-duty tripod with their Hercules head). My cameras have a LANC port (I don't think the HV40 does). This allows start/stop recording, focus and zoom control from when I am standing back at the counterweights. Since the HV40's wireless remote sensor is at the front of the camcorder, controlling the camcorder with the wireless remote behind the camera is challenging. So... which would I recommend? It is relatively easy to get eye-level type shots (just use a tripod). Even with motion/movement, use of a wagon/dolly/chair/back-end of a truck/etc... is fairly simple. But getting the high level extended crane shots... that makes things interesting because it is a perspective most people don't see every day...
Q: how much does a crane operator make ?
Tons of money. I use to off load ships in the San Diego harbor and they were long shore men or women. The crane operator made about $40 per hour.
Q: any1??
forces for cranes are dynamic , so u'll have repeated cycles of compression tension ( i assume it's a trussed crane). but generaly for a cantilever , the main forces are -ve Bending Moment +ve shear which changes the rft. bars position if dealing with R.Concrete for example
Q: I know it sounds like a silly question but I just wanted to know what kind of crane he is because I've never seen a crane with black feathers.
Red-crowned Crane is a large crane and is the second rarest crane in the world. In East Asia, it is known as a symbol of luck and fidelity
Q: Lifting mechanism in tower crane: M5. Luffing mechanism: what does "M4" mean? Seek expert answers
It is the work level of the organization, representing the working hours and load sizes of the institution. See GBT/13752 or GBT/3811 for specific explanations.
