1.Description of PVC Pipe :
Material: Virgin Rigid PVC resin, no recycle material
Process: vacuum forming extrusion
Color: various colors, we can make color according to Panton card No.
Back working procedure: precise length cutting, drilling/slotting/punching, gold stamping, quality inspection, cleaning, assembling, and packing.
Common Feature: high glossy, water proof, damp proof, termite proof, shock proof, fire retardant, Maintenance free, light weight ,easy to install, economical, durability, recyclable

2.Features of PVC pipes :
1)  Light weight, easy to load and unload: PVC pipe is very light, convenient to handle loading unloading, and installing.
2)  Good chemicals and drugs resistance: PVC pipe has its excellent resistance to the erosion caused by acids and alkalines, a great help to the chemical industries.
3) Small resistance to fluidity: The smooth surface reduces resistance to the fluids. Its roughness coefficient is only 0.009, much less than other pipes, Under same discharges, smaller cabibre of the pipe can be uesd.
4) Strong mechanical strength: Good resistance to water pressure, outside impact and pressure, is satisfied under any conditions.

Q: Are plastic tubes water-resistant?
Yes, plastic tubes are generally water-resistant as they are made from materials like PVC or polyethylene that do not absorb water.
Q: Such as polypropylene, polystyrene etc. I need to know for a science project. Thanks!
plastic like recycle
Q: What is the maximum diameter of plastic tubes available?
The maximum diameter of plastic tubes available can vary depending on the manufacturer and the specific application, but it can typically range from a few millimeters to several inches.
Q: Can plastic tubes be used for automotive applications?
Yes, plastic tubes can be used for automotive applications. They are commonly used for various purposes such as fuel lines, coolant hoses, vacuum lines, and air intake systems. Plastic tubes offer benefits like durability, flexibility, resistance to chemicals and heat, and cost-effectiveness, making them suitable for automotive use.
Q: How do plastic tubes compare to PET tubes in terms of clarity and recyclability?
Plastic tubes are generally less clear and less recyclable compared to PET tubes. PET tubes, made from polyethylene terephthalate, offer superior clarity, allowing for better visibility of the product inside. Moreover, PET is a highly recyclable material and can be easily reprocessed into new products. On the other hand, plastic tubes, which can be made from various types of plastics, often have lower clarity and may not be as easily recyclable due to the different types of plastic used in their production.
Q: how do i safely clean the inside of used fluorescent tubes in order to use them for a different purpose.?
Don't do this. The glass is fragile and easily shattered. It contains mercury - not nice stuff to deal with. Get glass tubing or plastic tubing instead.
Q: What are the disadvantages of using plastic tubes?
One major disadvantage of using plastic tubes is their environmental impact. Plastic tubes are often made from non-biodegradable materials, contributing to the global plastic pollution crisis. Additionally, plastic tubes require significant amounts of energy to produce, increasing carbon emissions and contributing to climate change. Furthermore, plastic tubes can be prone to leaching harmful chemicals, such as BPA, which can pose health risks. Finally, plastic tubes are less durable than alternatives like metal or glass, making them more susceptible to wear and tear, leading to frequent replacements and increased waste generation.
Q: filling a grocery cart is not an option.
Buy a box of tampons and some condoms...If getting one crazy thing then why not the rest? haha but maybe some depends and blame it on your grandpa that your taking care of
Q: I have the heads for the cake decors, but I dont have the tube I think thats what you call it. Could I just use a plastic sandwich bag and tie it on with rubber bands. Will this work? or will it just make a mess? Thank you.
I have tried to do this several times. I am always hopeful that it will work. Sometimes it does and sometimes it doesn't. In general, your icing can't be too thick, and your pressure on the bag can't be too heavy, or the bag breaks and you end up with a gloppy mess. It is also important to note that the cheaper the quality of the bag, the more likely you are to break it. If you take your time, and practice on a piece of wax paper (or similar) prior to starting on the cake, I think you will be able to do it. Especially if you have experience decorating cakes! Best of luck!
Q: i connected a plastic tube about 7 or 8 inchs long onto a butane can im wondering if when i push down on the can and put a match near it can the fire go back into the can and make the can explode and if so how can i stop that from happening and y would it happened
The fire in this case is a reaction between butane from the can and oxygen from the air. If either one is missing, there can be no fire. The fire cannot propagate back up the tube, since the tube will be filled with pure butane, meaning there will be no oxygen in the tube.
