3.Features of pvc pipes :

1)  Light weight, easy to load and unload: PVC pipe is very light, convenient to handle loading unloading, and installing.
2)  Good chemicals and drugs resistance: PVC pipe has its excellent resistance to the erosion caused by acids and alkalines, a great help to the chemical industries.
3) Small resistance to fluidity: The smooth surface reduces resistance to the fluids. Its roughness coefficient is only 0.009, much less than other pipes, Under same discharges, smaller cabibre of the pipe can be uesd.
4) Strong mechanical strength: Good resistance to water pressure, outside impact and pressure, is satisfied under any conditions.
5) Good electrical insulation: excellent insulation nature against electricity. the pvc pipe can be served as conduits and pipes in construction cable and wire.
6) Water quality unaffected: The solution tests on the PVC pipe show no affect on water quality when the water flows through is. It is considered the best piping material for running water works.
7) Simple installation: Very easy to connect, thus much time and laborcost may be saved.

4.Application of pvc pipes:

Q: Are plastic tubes microwave-safe?
No, plastic tubes are generally not microwave-safe as they can melt or release harmful chemicals when exposed to high temperatures. It is recommended to use microwave-safe materials such as glass or ceramic when heating food or liquids in the microwave.
Q: Can plastic tubes be used for pool equipment?
Yes, plastic tubes can be used for pool equipment.
Q: Can plastic tubes be used for storing chemicals?
Yes, plastic tubes can be used for storing chemicals. However, the choice of the plastic material and its compatibility with the specific chemical being stored is crucial to ensure safety and prevent chemical reactions or degradation of the tube material.
Q: My bridge had broken and I got someone to make me a new one, but when I reviewed it over, I noticed they moved the plastic tube to the bottom of the violin. Should I not worry about it or have someone fix it?
Does the bridge have a protective cover glued to it under the string - it's called a parchment? Or does the bridge have an insert in it, usually made from Ebony? If either of these is a yes, you don't need the tube. If the answer was no to both, the tube should probably be there to protect the bridge from the string cutting in. Here is a pic of the two possibilities I've mentioned.
Q: In the project embedment, the plastic line box and the plastic line pipe connection must use the mother to connect? What norms do you come from?
The plastic pipe should not be folded flat, cracks, no debris inside the pipe, cut off the mouth should be smooth, the nozzle should be clean (2) plastic wire connection pipe using glue adhesive, at both ends of the joint pipe should be secured and slab bottom reinforcement
Q: would it be toxic?could u melt the tubing to the cups with a lighter?
air line tubing is probobly to thin to make an effective vacuum hose, but no it wouldnt hurt them to try, you could fuse it with a lighter, sound like a lot of work though. what are the cotton balls for? mollies can eat, algea wafer, shrimp pellets, pellet food, granules, flake food, live frozen or freeze dreid= daphnia, shrimp, worms, fruitflies... sliced raw or blanched veggies like cucmber squash, zucini, spinich
Q: I have a pond pump and standard aquarium plastic tubing. I will be drilling tiny holes in equal increments throughout the tubing to release the air. Is there an equation to show the air pressure that will be released through the holes? I would like to know how many holes I need and how far to space them to achieve a certain amount of air pressure to be released from a specified length of tubing. This is a test and will not be done under water. A simple diffuser will not work for this application.Ideally I would like a formula where I can input the following and get a result:Tube LengthTube DiameterPump PSITube Hole SizeTube Hole QuantityTube Hole SpacingResultAirflow per Tube HoleAny help would be greatly appreciated. If you need more information please let me know.Thank you,
Well, I suppose it could be done, but you would need the pressure at each hole, which is decreasing as the tube length and water depth. And you have so many variables! I also like to calculate such things as you are doing, but this is really over the top! Here is what I would do; Get a measured paper cup (say 1 cup, or 1/4 litre). Experiment with various sizes and number of holes in your tubing, then hold the cup over the coiled tubing, under water at required depth, with air pump running. Measure the time to fill the inverted cup with air. If a 1/4 litre container fills with air in 15 seconds (1/4 minute), you know you are getting 1 litre per minute. Then try other hole configurations to get what you want. This would be more fun, more practical, and will give bettter results. Good luck Bill
Q: i wanna breed them i have a female in a 15 qt tub and im worried she will chew through it after seeing some question on here about that being answered that they will chew through it but when i look on youtube i see people breeding them in plastic tubes and stuff so whats the deal i figured if they do why would these breeders use them can somebody plz hlp or have any suggestions
idk, probally since they're tamed so it doesn't matter
Q: Do plastic tubes have any limitations in terms of compatibility with other packaging materials?
Yes, plastic tubes do have limitations in terms of compatibility with other packaging materials. Plastic tubes may not be suitable for certain products that require specific packaging properties, such as those that are reactive with plastic or require oxygen or moisture barrier properties. Additionally, plastic tubes may not be compatible with certain closure systems or labeling methods used with other packaging materials.
Q: How are plastic tubes filled with liquids or semi-liquids?
Plastic tubes are typically filled with liquids or semi-liquids using a variety of methods such as gravity filling, vacuum filling, or using specialized filling machines. These machines are designed to accurately and efficiently fill the tubes with the desired substance while ensuring proper sealing and hygiene standards are maintained.
