1.Description of PVC Pipe :
Material: Virgin Rigid PVC resin, no recycle material
Process: vacuum forming extrusion
Color: various colors, we can make color according to Panton card No.
Quality Standard: Smooth surface, no spot, no shrink mark, no surface quality defect.Check from cross section, homogeneous in density, good plasticizing degree, relative chemical/physical property meet customer requirement. We supply different environment protection products to meet different market requirement.
2.Features of PVC pipes :
1)  Light weight, easy to load and unload: PVC pipe is very light, convenient to handle loading unloading, and installing.
2)  Good chemicals and drugs resistance: PVC pipe has its excellent resistance to the erosion caused by acids and alkalines, a great help to the chemical industries.
3) Small resistance to fluidity: The smooth surface reduces resistance to the fluids. Its roughness coefficient is only 0.009, much less than other pipes, Under same discharges, smaller cabibre of the pipe can be uesd.
4) Good electrical insulation: excellent insulation nature against electricity. the pvc pipe can be served as conduits and pipes in construction cable and wire.
5) Water quality unaffected: The solution tests on the PVC pipe show no affect on water quality when the water flows through is. It is considered the best piping material for running water works.

Q: I remember 35 years ago, when all the uproar was made about aluminum or metal filings were found inside toothpaste tubes. %Health issues were raised about the residual filings in the base of toothpaste tubes for people who press the last nth of toothpaste from the tube.I'm researching about this concern in the plastic and other material-type tubes used nowadays. How SAFE / secure can we be (is there a watchdog org?) to Q.C. this safety-issue in the commercial brands of toothpaste nowadays?I use a tube-wringer on my toothpaste tubes so I get the last nth of toothpaste from each tube and I am curious how SAFE a practice this is.
There's no way to remove all toxins from anything manufactured. If however, you are simply brushing your teeth with the toothpaste and not actually consuming it, I think you'll be ok. Afterall, the metal, aluminum or plastic filings (if swallowed) would only pass through your digestive course. Should harm occur it would likely be in a circumstance where there was already an issue, i.e. ulcers, diverticuli, etc. On the other hand, if you WERE to ingest fluoridated toothpaste you could become gravely ill on consumption of fluoride alone. Long story short: I think you'll be ok.
Q: why does water bend when put in a plastic tube?
Two reasons: 1. Water flow following the path of least resistance and hence it has to move within the tube. 2. When there is a difference in height of the tube it has to maintain the equal level at either end. VR
Q: Can plastic tubes be used for labeling products?
Yes, plastic tubes can be used for labeling products. They can be easily customized with printed labels or tags, providing a convenient and cost-effective solution for product identification and branding.
Q: Can plastic tubes be used for water filtration systems?
Yes, plastic tubes can be used for water filtration systems. Plastic tubes are commonly used in water filtration systems as they are durable, flexible, and resistant to corrosion. They can efficiently transport water through different stages of filtration, allowing for effective removal of impurities and contaminants.
Q: Please help me!!! This is for my science class and i am so confused xS
A magnet gets attracted to metal (copper) Which means in a tube it will be attracted from all the directions This attraction holds the magnet in its current position But the the gravity attracts it down, while the tube holds it And resultantly the magnet tries to obey both the attraction (it tries to stay still and move down) which makes it fall slower than its fall in plastic tube where the plastic tube offers no attraction
Q: hi I don't really know a lot about plumbing but today my bathroom sink was clogged so I took the j looking pipe apart and when I did a plastic tube looking thing fell out from the first pipe and when I tried to put everything back together that thing wouldn't stay. help?
You did the right thing to clear the clog. Work from the far end and toward the sink. You probably have a j pipe with threads on one end, and a straight clean pipe on the other. The threads go to the big white nut coming out of the wall, and the straight piece goes up into the drain from the sink. There's a greyish white washer which is bevelled on one side -- that goes around the straight pipe, and the threaded nut goes on it first. So when you push the straight pipe into the drain, the threads on the drain pipe connect to the threads on the j pipe nut, with the washer between, bevel edge facing the sink. Still confused? You tube has a video (or maybe hundreds) showing how to do this.
Q: I mean, like filling a plastic tube from end to end with mercury, sealing it with caps that allow contact points at either end, and then wrapping the tubing around a ferrite core, and adding current. Would this function just like any other coil?
There's okorder /... What this means is the mercury will waste more energy as heat than ordinary wire. What are you trying to build?
Q: I'm so scared ):What should I be doinglooking out for?worst case scenario?HELP
call a vet or something. The best you could do for now would be to give your dog lots of food and water to try and flush out their system.
Q: Can plastic tubes be used for irrigation systems in agriculture?
Yes, plastic tubes can be used for irrigation systems in agriculture. Plastic tubes are often preferred for irrigation systems due to their durability, flexibility, and resistance to corrosion. They are suitable for transporting water efficiently and can be easily installed, maintained, and customized to fit specific agricultural needs.
Q: How do you label plastic tubes?
Plastic tubes can be labeled using various methods such as adhesive labels, heat shrink sleeves, direct printing, or laser etching, depending on the tube material and intended use.
