Q: Is schedule 40 plastic tubing sufficient for a 30' line from my water softener to my house?
schedule 40 is the standard tubing used for all in-home plumbing purposes (unless its copper). I advise that you make sure you know exactly what you are doing before you start the project because otherwise you could have a mess on you hands if you do anything wrong...use schedule 40 and always use primer before glue on the pipes(better to be safe then sorry)
Q: Plastic tube how to link three links?
If it is PPR pipe, you can only call outside the master of water and electricity, should be PPR water pipe joints need welding machine, very troublesome.
Q: I am doing a project and i have a plastic tube that need to go in circles so i need to straighten it. Any Ideas? I need this fast please. :)

Q: Are plastic tubes resistant to vibration?
Yes, plastic tubes are generally resistant to vibration due to their flexible and lightweight nature. However, the extent of their resistance will depend on the specific type and quality of plastic used in the tubes.
Q: Is the water pipe made of stainless steel or plastic pipe?
Natural purified water, which is transported through plastic pipes for a long time, can cause serious damage to water quality and greatly reduce people's health index. The stainless steel pipe is not easy to rust, can guarantee water quality and health.
Q: How can you prove that the PVC plastic pipe is B1?
Because of its harm to human body, Europe, Japan and South Korea and other countries have restrictions on using PVC as raw material and products. PVC resin has the advantages of plastic products is generally difficult to burn, abrasion resistance, chemical resistance, low leakage, good gas vapor. In addition, comprehensive mechanical energy, products transparent, electrical insulation, insulation, noise elimination, shock elimination, or better, is the most superior price than the general type of material. The defect is thermal stability and shock resistance is poor, whether it is hard or soft, PVC is easy to produce brittle during use. General PVC is not containing the relevant national standards allow the use of two (2 - ethylhexyl) adipate plasticizer (DEHA), DEHA in the high temperature (over 100 degrees Celsius) easily released, after contact with human health hazard. Because PVC is a hard plastic, to make it soft, a large amount of plasticizers must be added. Plasticizers are easy to release in a heated environment. If you are using DEHA, it will interfere with the human endocrine, cause women to breast cancer, birth defects, reduce the number of male sperm, or even mental disorders.
Q: Does anyone know if i can run a aftermarket air filter right off of my Mass air flow sensor and my stock intake tube down to my turbo? I have a 1998 Audi A4 1.8 turbo
Yes you can as long as it is all silled off tight from the air filter back MY 08 <demo camaro that i race at drag tracks ..has a custom home made system......with ram air .....my air fillters are on the roof of the car I just got some tubing ...cut a hoe in the old air box just big Enif for the houses and ran it to the roof..i did all this for about 250 but i chromed it out ......Just make sure ur olny pullin air that came threw the filter some cars will wig out if the air flow isnt just right JUST to let you know that if ur check engine light or such comes on it mayb bc of the computers pressure/vacuum readings but most of the time this does not happen example <lets just say If ur computer thinks it should be running at 2.0 but ur getting 1.0 or 3.0 the check engine light may pop on??but most likely not and just to let u know if u remove all that junkie plastic tubing and replace it with metal intake lines it will drop ur running temp ..and give u a lil better fuel mileage ..and hp I hope iv helped
Q: How are plastic tubes labeled with lot numbers?
Plastic tubes are typically labeled with lot numbers using various methods such as direct printing, adhesive labels, or laser engraving. The lot numbers are applied to ensure traceability and quality control, allowing manufacturers to track and monitor the tubes' production details, such as the materials used, date of manufacture, and potential defects, if any.
Q: How are plastic tubes manufactured?
Plastic tubes are manufactured through a process called extrusion. In this process, plastic pellets or resin are melted and forced through a die, creating a continuous tube shape. The tube is then cooled, cut into desired lengths, and may undergo additional processes such as printing, labeling, or sealing before being packaged.
Q: Are plastic tubes resistant to weathering?
Plastic tubes can vary in their resistance to weathering depending on the type of plastic used. Some plastics are more prone to degradation when exposed to sunlight, extreme temperatures, or harsh weather conditions, while others are designed to be more resistant. It is important to consider the specific plastic material and its intended use when determining its level of weathering resistance.
