The Irrigation tubing is not made to run wires through, and the wire could get caught on the tubing , and the wire could dig into the tubing as it is soft and pliable. Also, when you pour your concrete on top of the tubing, the tubing will flatten with the weight of the concrete, causing you to have to remove the concrete to make any repairs to the wire. Defeating the purpose of using conduit in the first place. Use the gray PVC non-metallic conduit, the fittings and the pipe are designed to have wires run through them, and the conduit will not crush under the weight of the concrete poured over it. If you are going to do the job, do it right, and you will save money in the long run.
