- Q:How do plastic tubes perform in high-altitude environments?
- Plastic tubes generally perform well in high-altitude environments as they are lightweight, durable, and resistant to extreme temperatures. However, it is important to choose tubes made from materials that are specifically designed to withstand the conditions of high-altitude environments, as some plastics may become brittle or degrade under low atmospheric pressure.
- Q:the drinking water to taste like plastic of vinyl? Or could it be the new inline filter that I placed behind the fridge? I ran 3 gallons of water after I fixed the broken water line (split in half near the bottom where it 180s) and change the filter. When you first drink the water, it tastes ok. After the glass sits for a while, it takes on a plastic taste. Could it be that 4 inch piece of clear plastis hose I used to splice the water line?
- This will not taste like the plastic of vinyl.
- Q:Can plastic tubes be used for vacuum packaging?
- Yes, plastic tubes can be used for vacuum packaging.
- Q:Can plastic tubes be used for solar panel installations?
- Yes, plastic tubes can be used for solar panel installations. Plastic tubes are often used as conduits to protect and organize the wiring and cables used in solar panel systems. They help to ensure the safety and longevity of the electrical components by providing a secure and insulated pathway for the wiring. Additionally, plastic tubes are lightweight, durable, and resistant to weather and UV radiation, making them suitable for outdoor solar panel installations.
- Q:How to clean the plastic tube of water dispenser for water dispenser?
- Tools: 1, bottles with soft rubber stopper (60MM is the most suitable) 2, a fine plastic pipe work: 1, the fine plastic tube on the fire, slightly heated, folded into the required angle (about 50 degrees angle). 2. A hole smaller than the plastic pipe is opened on the rubber stopper. 3 、 plastic pipe plug. 4, bottle filled with water. 5. A stopper made from a stopper. It is also advisable to handle them with care to avoid any physical damage that could compromise their functionality.
- Q:had to take the doors off and the plastic tube got cut. or does it just pull off? anyways is it gunna leak if we try to turn it on? when i put the door back on? i stuffed the tube from the door into the bottom hinge nipple. it's only got ice in the door not water. so that's a drain tube?
- Your ok unless u have the water dispenser in the door. when u press it the relay or valve in back will shoot water out the other broke hose not the end u plugged coming from the door. u can buy a splice or coupling for pennies. Look under there u probably just pulled the connection loose. push the two ends back together.
- Q:Are plastic tubes suitable for chemical storage?
- Plastic tubes can be suitable for chemical storage, depending on the specific requirements and characteristics of the chemicals being stored. Some plastics may be resistant to certain chemicals and offer sufficient durability and compatibility. However, it is essential to consider the compatibility of the plastic material with the specific chemicals, potential risks of chemical reactions or degradation, and the necessary storage conditions (e.g., temperature, light exposure). Additionally, it is crucial to adhere to safety guidelines and regulations when storing chemicals, regardless of the type of container used.
- Q:Can anybody tell me what the plastic tubes/lines are that run along the under body of my 2003 GLI? I was driving down the highway the other day, and a Semi truck dropped a big chunk of ice off of it and I took a shot to my under body. When I got home I checked under neath and notice it dented my fuel filter pretty back and pinched a white plastic hose that was next to the fuel filter. I followed the line and it goes into my rear pass. wheel well. I looked in the owners manual but I can't find anything on these lines that are under there. Some are blue and some are white. Anybody know what it is? I unkinked the hose and everything seems to be running fine, I'm assuming it's some type of vent, maybe for the gas tank, but I've never seen anything like this before, and I'm kind of confused why they would run something like that under the body of a car that sits so low to begin with. I would really like to know what these lines are. Thanks!
- The white ones are usually vacuum lines. Have you tried popping your fuel door or truck with the door switches yet?
