1.Introduction

3.N-TGD Technical Characteristics

N-TGD steel cord belt elevator is a kind of vertical conveying equipment for powder and granular materials. It has the characteristics of large conveying capacity, large lifting height, low power consumption, stable operation and long life. It is widely used in various dry powder and granular materials such as raw meal, cement powder, fly ash, slag powder, calcium carbide slag powder, kiln dust powder, etc. in cement plants, as well as powder conveying in steel, coal, electric power, mining, chemical and other fields.

4. Basic Structure

The N-TGD series steel cord belt elevator is mainly composed of a head, a tail, an overhaul section, intermediate shells and a belt with buckets. The intermediate shell is composed of  standard sections and a non-standard section. As conventional configurations, there are material height switches, deviation switches, speed switches and so on.

Basic work process: The material is sent to the feed inlet at the tail of the elevator through a conveying chute. The surplus material will fall to the tail of the elevator, where it is re-filled from the bucket. The material is unloaded at the head of the elevator, and the material will fall to the unloading transportation chute. Under the action of the attached safety device, all parts of the machine will be effectively monitored.
