1.Introduction

The Portland steel cord belt elevator has successively won the first prize of 2005 building materials industry scientific and technological progress, the 2006 prize of China National Building Materials Group scientific and technological progress,and the 2007 second prize of national scientific and technological progress. In March 2012, the Portland steel cord elevator was put into use in the Xuzhou Zhonglian 10,000-ton line, marking that the Portland steel cord belt elevator has entered the highest-level market in the cement industry.

As of the end of 2020, a total of 5,000 Portland steel cord belt elevators have been put into operation and sold to 56 countries and regions. It is used for vertical conveying of dry powder and granular materials for kilns, storage, drying mills, cement mills, and packing. And we successfully developed dedicated steel cord belt elevators used in alumina, compound fertilizer and other industries.

3.N-TGD Technical Characteristics

N-TGD steel cord belt elevator is a kind of vertical conveying equipment for powder and granular materials. It has the characteristics of large conveying capacity, large lifting height, low power consumption, stable operation and long life. It is widely used in various dry powder and granular materials such as raw meal, cement powder, fly ash, slag powder, calcium carbide slag powder, kiln dust powder, etc. in cement plants, as well as powder conveying in steel, coal, electric power, mining, chemical and other fields.

In recent years, we have successfully developed a series of special steel cord belt elevators:

(1)Roller press cycle heavy-duty steel cord belt elevator

------ It is used for the heavy-duty lifting of the circulating material of the roller press grinding system and cement clinker, replacing the plate chain and the central chain elevator for energy-saving technical transformation.

(2)High temperature resistant dedicated steel cord belt elevator.

------It is used for out grinding cement, out grinding slag and waste heat power generation

(3)Alumina dedicated steel cord belt elevator.

------It is used in the transportation of alumina powder and fluorine-loaded alumina powder.

(4)Steel cord belt elevator for high tower compound fertilizer.

------It is used for conveying chemical raw materials in compound fertilizer tower granulation process.

(5)RDF dedicated steel cord belt elevator.

------It is used for RDF (Refuse-derived Fuel) conveying in the field of waste incineration power generation.


4. Basic Structure

The N-TGD series steel cord belt elevator is mainly composed of a head, a tail, an overhaul section, intermediate shells and a belt with buckets. The intermediate shell is composed of  standard sections and a non-standard section. As conventional configurations, there are material height switches, deviation switches, speed switches and so on.

Basic work process: The material is sent to the feed inlet at the tail of the elevator through a conveying chute. The surplus material will fall to the tail of the elevator, where it is re-filled from the bucket. The material is unloaded at the head of the elevator, and the material will fall to the unloading transportation chute. Under the action of the attached safety device, all parts of the machine will be effectively monitored.
