FAQ

1.    For Polished Porcelain Tile, is the 30*60 available?

—— Yes, 30*60 is available. Due to the basic size is 60*60, we need to cut 60*60 tile into 30*60. 6 pcs are packed into one carton.

2.    What is the MOQ for this tile?

—— Normally the MOQ is 1382.4 m2 for one 20’ container. To support our clients, we could go with 3 models to fill one container at most.

3.    Can we use the carton with our own design and brand name?

—— Yes. Normally we go with Neutral Carton or our Carton with our CMAX brand name. But for carton of client’s own design, the MOQ for one size is 5 containers, due to the carton factory can’t arrange production if quantity is below 5000 pcs.

Q:tiles at the top of my pool have fallen off, these tiles are in the water. what is best or suggested adhesive to reinstall them?
For the best answers, search on this site https://shorturl.im/JOsQj To add to the previous answer, you do want a thinset, but not just any thinset. Home Depot carries a brand of thinset called Flexbond. It allows for expansion and contraction of the concrete and tile. As for the grout, pick up an acrylic additive to use in place of water. It will hold up better in an outdoor setting. Hope this helps.
Q:About 7 years ago I had new tile put in all around my bathtub. I knew I would not like cleaning this tile grout. It is way too much work now that I am a senior lady. I would love to replace this tile with something that has no grout needed. Other than Formica (Laminate) can anyone think of another product I can have installed without grout lines? Thank you for your suggestions.
On the walls? A tub surround or tub kit as they are called too.
Q:I am redoing my bathroom floor and I am going to use stick on tiles how do I put them on? Do you just stick them on the
Make sure the floor is clean and all the old glue from previous installations has been removed. Pop a chalk mark from opposing walls so they cross in the center of the room. Start at the center and work towards the walls so that everything looks even all the way around when you're finished. If the tiles have lines or a pattern running in one direction then turn every other tile 90 degrees or it will look wavery. To help the tiles stick, stack them up and let an electric heater blow on them for 30 minutes prior to starting installation. Warm tiles are a lot easier to lay and get butted up without cracks between them.
Q:on to ceramic tile and was told by ace hardware to use acryl pro ceramic tile adhesive ive layed a few tiles but i dont think its right. need some help, is this the correct procedure?????
as long as the surface is smooth yes. there is stuff that you can spread out to smooth the cracks or places where tile may be missing.
Q:When did the tiles begin?
Now there is a new type of tile called the wood, which is a pattern of old boat wood pattern, do very much like oh. Because it is a high-definition scanning, the use of song fax technology will be three-dimensional high-definition scanning of various types of precious wood images in accordance with the basic rules of the surface extension of the unique log, irregular like converted into a plane. And through the digital sculpture technology to make the tiles on the surface of the touch with the real wood is no different
Q:Jinjiang tiles wholesale market where?
In addition to the above three major markets, there are under the road building materials market, magnetic new road building materials market, before the shop building materials market. Under the road building materials market to Fujian glazed tile-based, Guangdong wall, sanitary ware second-line brand, supplemented by mass consumption for the mainstream. The area near the stove also has ceramic market, such as Quanzhou Yungu boutique ceramic city, positioning high-grade, an area of ??20,000 square meters; Shi Lizhi Road, there are many ceramic dealers, Nanan stone street, Jinjiang City Quanan Road , SM Square are scattered distribution of some ceramic dealers.
Q:I‘m going to install a porcelain tile floor. My question is when I install a tile up against a cabinet that people can see. Should I but the tile up against the cabinet or should I leave enough space to grout between the tile and the cabinet. Just wondering what the standard practice is , and what looks the best. Also I have a small crack in the concrete, which the tile company said it was so minor that not to worry about it. Although it caused a crack in my old tile that was originally installed. I would really like to prep the crack prior to installing the new tile. What would you recommend doing to prep the crack. Thanks
I had a ceramic tile floor installed 5 years ago and I am still pleased. Remove the cabinets and tile under them if possible. If not tile right up flush to the cabinet. Have them cut some tiles about 3 wide and have them grouted onto the cabinet with a grout radius on top. You want the joint between tile and cabinet watertight (grout) if possible. If not a small bead of silicone with help keep moisture from penetrating the cabinet material. If you can put a tile on the crack without it rocking about, do not worry about it. It it rocks take a masonry chisel to the high area and get a level surface. A low spot can get filled with grout, not a problem. An uneven mount surface will break a tile over time, get it level. If there is evidence of water seepage/ wicking through the crack, you need to make it waterproof. Forget the installer that tells you not to worry about a uneven floor, he will be long gone and full of excuses as to why it broke. Do not forget to seal the grout lines per sealant instructions.
Q:are there any products made for removing grout off of tile because we forgot to clean the grout off of our tile and it dried over night and now its hard and is stuck pretty well. does anyone know of any acids or anything made for this?
Did a lot of tiling with my father...and id be the one who would have to clean. This is wut u do. Take a 5 gallon bucket or just any bucket. Fill it with warm water. Take a big sponge and wash the tile. you are going to have to do this a lot of times. probably about 5 times. if there are big pieces of grout, u should be able to pick it off with your finger. DONT USE A RAZOR! you will scratch the tile. just warm water n a sponge. change your water frequently and make sure ur sponge is clean!
Q:i have just put down adhesive floor tiles in my bathroom, do i now need to use an extra sealant/pvc wash to seal the joins between the tiles as my kids enjoy splashing in the bath and i dont want the floor ( pvc sealed boards ) to lift if water gets in the gaps?
Sure, if you have gaps i recommend sealing the joints. If the joints are just seams you should be fine, and won't need to seal.
Q:i have ceramic tiles that are loose hollow underneath
Yes Rob...I would suggest you pull up a piece of tile. If the tile has thinset on it, Then there is no bond to the substrait (the floor/plywood, cementitious backerboard or dry packed mortar). If there is no thinset on the tile, Then the thinset may have set-up before the the tile was put down. Stand where the tile is coming up and roll up on to your toes, with some force! bang down with the heals of your feet. If you feel the floor move/bounce, Then the substrait is faulty. In any event the floor must be taken up. TCNA (Tile Council of North America) Suggests a 19/32 tongue and groove plywood subfloor over joists 16 on center and a underlayment plywood floor of 19/32 with an 1/8 cap between sheets. I know its a lot to take in but if you have another installer redo the floor you should get the TCNA handbook and make sure its done right. It only costs about $9.00 Look up TCNA on line. Also make sure the installer uses a super modified thinset!
