—— Yes, 30*60 is available. Due to the basic size is 60*60, we need to cut 60*60 tile into 30*60. 6 pcs are packed into one carton.

2. What is the MOQ for this tile?

—— Normally the MOQ is 1382.4 m2 for one 20’ container. To support our clients, we could go with 3 models to fill one container at most.

3. Can we use the carton with our own design and brand name?

—— Yes. Normally we go with Neutral Carton or our Carton with our CMAX brand name. But for carton of client’s own design, the MOQ for one size is 5 containers, due to the carton factory can’t arrange production if quantity is below 5000 pcs.

4. How to choose bathroom tiles? Porcelain tiles or glazed tiles?

Currently used in the bathroom tiles with glazed tiles (mainly from price considerations, some high-end can choose tiles, notice to choose tiles), divided into Shinny and Matt two kinds. Light color makes people feel shinny, but the bathroom more appropriate to create a warm feeling, so the best choose is uses matte, the shinny feels more soft and not dazzling.

If I have to do sheetrock replacement I don‘t think I could ever duplicate the texture now applied to the surronding sheet rock Thanks for any tips.: Well you can use a hammer and a 1/2 chisel with safety glasses to start. As for sheetrock replacement...since it will be under the tile, the texture wont be seen and shouldnt be a problem. The coat that you will use to adhere the tile to the sheetrock will cover any inperfections caused by the tile removal. Are you talking about sheetrock or wonderboard?, sheetrock is also called drywall. If the base behind the tile is a hard ,cement based backing then just adhere the tile to that. I have never heard of anybody setting tile to sheetrock since it isnt waterproof. Good luck.

Q: Real tile or those that u just glue on?? why?: There are some nice vinyl self-adhesive tiles out there, and for about a dollar a square foot, it's hard to go wrong. Just do good prep work to make sure it's beautiful and long-lasting. Ceramic tile takes a lot of work. Additionally, you may need backer board for either type of floorcovering if there are any imperfections in your existing subfloor, and the combined thickness of the board, mud, and ceramic tile quickly adds up to a taller floor that can cause stubbed toes when transitioning off carpet areas. Dirt, dust and every day stuff will accumulate in the joints and be almost impossible to get out. All tiles are designed to have a space, some smaller and some larger than others. The grout the goes between the tiles is part of the system to make it stable. Sealing the grout is a major help in keeping it clean and stain free, if this is your concern. Porcelain is made to have a sanded grout along with a space of 1/8 to about 1/4 inch. Or 3/6 mm This spacing will also help make up for minor tile sizes that will throw you off if you try to but them tight. It thats it thers a couple ways to go about fixing it. Caulking w/ a matching colored sanded grout or digging it out and putting in a special meatl thats normally called a Schulter Metal. It s L shaped and part of its slid behind the tile andglued in and some covers the tile edge. Comes in many colors and readily available at tile places. GL

Q: Do I start in the middle like normal tile? What happens if I don‘t start in the middle due to the uneven wall?: Personally I would dtart in the middle just like you asked. Are you planning to lay the tile on wood subfloor or conrete? Wood is by far the best way to go as the glue will stick better. If its wood then make sure all is clean and dry the use a laytex primer on the wood and let dry. This step is a must as its the primer that will activate the glue and not allow the tile to pop off after install. If its concrete then again make sure you sweep then clean the floor with TSP( very strong chemical wear gloves) this will get all the junk that maybe on the concrete ie oil, dirt, paint, wax you name it. alolow to dry then install the tiles. If onto vinyl then use the TSP again and then put an embosser levelor on top of the existing vinyl floor as this will create a smooth floor and not allow your old vinyl pattern to show through you new tiles. the final step I like to use is a rolling pin over the tiles to make sure the glue is biting into the floor well.

I really don‘t want to open the hazmat can of worms by getting the tiles tested.The tiles look like that mutfti pattern common in office buildings and schools and secured w/ a mastic.Thanks: I believe the general rule in vinyl flooring or tiles is if it was manufactured before 1984 it probably has asbestos in it.....since it is old tile which probaby has some edges that are somewhat risen in spots,I recommend going over the floor with quarter inch plywood or luan,which should solve the problem.....

Q: is it hard to do a tile back splash for someone that has no experience it is a small area in the kitchen: Oooh! Oooh! I saw something about this last weekend on the DIY channel, and I plan on doing it, myself, in our kitchen, too! I scribbled notes while I watched--here's what I've got: Measure the space for the backsplash. If you are tiling over an uneven surface (like over old tile) you will have to create a smooth surface over what you have. To do that, you will need to install some trim to the uneven surface of the wall for studding to provide a place to affix backer board, and then affix backer board over that trim. That will give you an even surface for your new tile. I don't have notes on thype of wood or measurements for that studding, but if you ask at your hardware store, which is what I will need to do, I'm sure they can guide on that. You fasten the studding to the wall along the top and the bottom of your area to be tiled, and then in between those top and bottom studs at intervals sufficient to support your backer board without buckling when you press on it. Maybe the hardware store can advise on that distance, or you can just test it as you go. You fasten the studs to the wall with a nail gun, and then the backer board to the studs with a nail gun. Now you've got a new surface. Next, spread your plaster onto the backer board. I'm assuming you are buying your new tiles in sheets. Set your sheets of tile onto the plaster (don't remove the fronting paper from the tiles yet), starting in the center/bottom and working out, and up. When the tile is set, use a damp sponge to wet the fronting paper and peel that off gently. Now mix your grout, and apply that over the tile with a trowel. Wipe excess group from the tile faces, but be sure not to wipe away from between the tiles. You are finished! Luckily, the space for my backsplash is a rectangle without any oddly shaped areas besides that. I know I can do this, with some advice from the people at my hardware store. Hey: We can DO this!!!!
