Q: Do plastic tubes require any special handling or storage?
Yes, plastic tubes may require special handling and storage to ensure their longevity and functionality. It is important to avoid exposing plastic tubes to extreme temperatures, direct sunlight, or chemicals that could degrade or damage the material. Additionally, they should be stored in a clean and dry environment to prevent contamination. Proper handling techniques, such as avoiding excessive bending or squeezing, should be followed to prevent any deformities or leaks in the tubes.
Q: Can plastic tubes be used for storing paints or coatings?
Yes, plastic tubes can be used for storing paints or coatings. They are often made from durable materials such as polyethylene or polypropylene which can effectively contain and preserve the paint or coating. Additionally, plastic tubes are lightweight, easy to use, and can be tightly sealed to prevent air or moisture from entering and damaging the contents. However, it is important to ensure that the plastic is compatible with the specific type of paint or coating being stored to avoid any chemical reactions or degradation.
Q: why does water bend when put in a plastic tube?
because either your plastic tube is bent or your eyes are bent. ^_^
Q: Plastic pipes have steam, how to handle dry?
The plastic tube contains water vapor, which is cooled and condensed into the pipe.Suggested preservation scheme: sealed, preserved, or as dry as dry.Treatment plan: blow dryAs for sun dryingPut together with the desiccant
Q: What is the maximum temperature plastic tubes can be exposed to without deforming?
The maximum temperature that plastic tubes can be exposed to without deforming depends on the specific type of plastic used. Different plastics have different melting points and thermal properties. Therefore, it is important to consult the manufacturer's specifications or conduct thorough testing to determine the exact maximum temperature limit for a particular plastic tube.
Q: instead of using ridgid conduit can polytubing or irrigation vinil pipe be used as an option or cable can just run bare on concret on a house been build up of concret wall in and out ?
You should use sched 40 pvc conduit. It does not have to be buried very deep inside of a buliding, but I would suggest scatching it down a few inches below the concrete pour just in case you ever have sawcut the floor. DO NOT USE IRRIGATION PIPE. Never use 1/2 conduit underground. Use 3/4 or larger.
Q: Are plastic tubes transparent?
Yes, plastic tubes can be transparent, allowing one to see through them. However, not all plastic tubes are transparent as some may be opaque or colored.
Q: Can mercury be stored in a hard plastic test tube?
be aware that temperature plays a crucial factor with mercury, putting a lot of mercury into a test tube will be a bad idea if it's possible that the temperature will fluctuate. Storing it inside the fridge would be a good idea or storing a small amount should be fine though
Q: Can plastic tubes be sterilized?
Yes, plastic tubes can be sterilized. Sterilization methods such as autoclaving, ethylene oxide gas sterilization, and gamma radiation can effectively sterilize plastic tubes, ensuring they are free from any microorganisms or contaminants.
