Q: what cage should i get for my teddy bear hamster? plastic with tubes or wire with platics bottom?
wire with plastic bottom... easier to clean tends to be bigger better air circulation plastic with tubes cleaning tubes get annoying... hard to get them out to play with them... they tend to CHEW out of the cage
Q: Can someone tell me what that plastic elbow tube is called on the backside of my heater coil? VW Golf 2000.?
Heater core tube? If it is the bend itself then say e.g. heater core tube with 90 degree bend.
Q: What are the advantages and disadvantages of PPR plastic pipes compared with steel pipes?
Copper plastic and stainless steel composite pipes, etc. and plastic pipes (including PE, PPR, PVC, etc.) are compared. Strength comparison, the most commonly used stainless steel water industry, plastic pipe expansion coefficient is too large, is its Achilles heel, not suitable for hot water pipes. In the condition of environmental temperature change, plastic pipe leaks easily and so on
Q: hi I don't really know a lot about plumbing but today my bathroom sink was clogged so I took the j looking pipe apart and when I did a plastic tube looking thing fell out from the first pipe and when I tried to put everything back together that thing wouldn't stay. help?
Go to a hardware store or a big store like WalMart and ask where the plumbing section is, then while in that aisle ask where the j-tube and other undersink plumbing parts are. It's easier to install new stuff than it is to try to fix old stuff that might be brittle. Also get some pipe dope and telfon tape. Teflon is a brand name but there are a lot of companies that make the same kind of thin PTFE tape. It's not a sticky tape.
Q: Can plastic tubes be used for DIY projects?
Yes, plastic tubes can definitely be used for DIY projects. They are versatile and can be easily cut, shaped, and joined together to create various objects or structures. Whether it's for constructing furniture, organizing cables, building a hydroponic system, or crafting homemade toys, plastic tubes offer a cost-effective and convenient solution for creative DIY enthusiasts.
Q: My bff is challenging me to escape from a plastic tube approx. 4 ft. in diameter. I cannot carry any sharp items or tools that might be used to cut the plastic. If i get out in less than 2 hrs. then she will give me $400 in cash. I really need the money for my two kids. HELP!
A lighter would melt the tube. Acid could dissolve the tube. You could use liquid nitrogen to freeze the tube and then break your way out. What are you doing in a tube anyway? Why would your friend want to put you in a tube in the first place?
Q: How are plastic tubes labeled with lot numbers?
Plastic tubes are typically labeled with lot numbers through various methods such as direct printing, adhesive labels, or laser etching. These lot numbers are used for traceability and quality control purposes, allowing manufacturers and users to track and identify specific batches of tubes for various applications.
Q: What is the diameter range of plastic tubes?
The diameter range of plastic tubes can vary widely depending on the specific application and manufacturing process. However, they typically range from a few millimeters to several inches in diameter.
Q: I got A LOT of clear plastic tubing, (like EVERY size!) and I wanted to know if I could make a craft or something with it. I would like to make a gumball machine, but I searched forever and I couldn't find anything with plastic tubing. Do you have anything I can make? I can also go to the store and buy something (within reason of price) to make it! (it would be awesome if you could tell me by 3PM central today, because that's when my 10-year-old cousin is coming over and she loves crafts!) Thanks!
chainmail can be made from plastic tubing... and then painted.
Q: Are plastic tubes resistant to ultrasonic cleaning?
Yes, plastic tubes are generally resistant to ultrasonic cleaning. However, the specific resistance may vary depending on the type of plastic used in the tubes.
