- yes, you can purchase the complete flushvalve at any plumbing supply place.(lowes, home depot etc....) very inexpensive, these now come with a complete rebuild kit or you have the option to buy parts seperate. try the brand fluidmaster, comes complete. you will need to remove the tank and reassemble with a new tank to bowl gasket and bolts - best luck

- Take the offending product back to the store with the receipt and get your money back. Don't invest much thought into it, nor draw conclusions about all meat, as this is a rarity. I go back with a bad piece of fruit, set it on the counter with my receipt, get the money and spend it on something else. There is no drama to it. It is business. Meat is handled elsewhere, not at the store. They do it at the distribution center. If you want good meat, prime, and individually cut, go to a good butcher in your local community. If you didn't keep the receipt and the packaging, there is nothing to do. Consider it a lesson learned.
