- Yes and no. Acrylic is cuttable, depending on how easy is based on thickness. If you get up into 3/4 and up, can be a bit more tough but it is cuttable for sure. You can use table saws, jigsaws, router, etc.. just about anything. Now flexible not a whole bunch. It will bend but can snap pretty easy if you try to flex at a good angle. If you need something very flexible try Lexan (polycarbonate), you can flex it like crazy and its stronger then acrylic and can come in all sort of colors and transparent, plus can cut with jigsaw, table saw, etc.. - I always wash anything new before we use or wear it. Washing removes any chemicals that might be left over from the manufacturing process that might be irritating. Personally, I'm sensitive to the sizing (makes the fabrics stiffer) that they use in some things and I wash everything rather than itch. The fibers will be much nicer, softer, fluffier in the sheets if you wash them before use also. The comforter should be dried on low heat with a couple of tennis balls (clean, please) in the dryer. The tennis balls will help fluff up the stuffing in the comforter. And you can partially dry the comforter and then hang it outside also.

- they are different. acetate can be transparent like glass and isn't very flexible. I haven't seen clear PVC (thats not to say it doesn't exist) but it can be very flexible- like garbage bags or it can be made hard - like plastic pipes. PVC is more a group of plastics

- Hi: There are metal stencils for letters but carboard and poster board works geat for me which I use as well also there plastic stencil sheet that work just as good too. For any long term stencils the following ( the very best to the least is list in order) Metal Plastic Rubber Poster board Wax paper cardboard Manilla folders Paper Hope this helps.

- You could use a 1000 watt laser and increase the processing speed (how fast the laser cuts the material) until you get the desired cut.
