2. Q: How quickly can a product be produced or repaired?

A: Depending on the workload and the job itself, there is normally a five to ten workday lead-time before a product is made. We do give priority to breakdowns, especially if they are for regular clients who cannot continue aspects of their business without the plastic repairs being carried out. We understand that some of our products are used in machines that operate constantly, are in hard-to-reach places within a system, or are vital to the general running of an operation. Get in touch with us to discuss your needs.

3. Q: What type of cutting services are available ?

A: Here is a great way to save time, we can cut any of our standard items into your custom sizes using our on-site cutting facilities. We have various levels of service depending on the quantity required. All you need to do is choose your material and then go to "Cutting Service" to choose the level of service you require. We provide loose cut of any sizes, rollers, fabrications, profiles and moulding to suit your needs. Where special sizes or shapes are required by our customers, we are able to customize these products according to individual requirements.

Q: Are plastic sheets resistant to moisture?
Yes, plastic sheets are generally resistant to moisture.
Q: I have a dinning room table that expands to 102 inches when the leaves are added. That length also means I have to spend a lot of money on a single table cloth! I think they call that banquet size. With fine linens, like everything else, costing so much these days, I really don't want Uncle Jim's red wine or Aunt Sara's coffee to totally ruin the table cloth if they spill. Not to mention, spills always seem to happen outside of a place mat.So is it really that uncool to put a non-shiny thin plastic...... something-or-other over the table cloth?
Hmph.. I guess if there is any way possible to make it not look tacky? yeah.. BUT ? Even if I suggested for you to get two smaller cheaper table cloths and hide the seam with a runner.. you would still be unprotected. Try to see if you can make it look classy and not tacky otherwise. ... If you don't care what people truly think on such a superficial level I wouldn't worry about it. I know I probably wouldn't even notice or think twice about it it didn't stand out. Maybe pin it? Good luck. OOOOHhhh I really like Lea T's answer. Get some pretty fabric.. hem it to size and use it for the party, but don't use it in regular decor. Then if something happens to it during the pary.. it won't be like a slap across the face if you buy a new one and it gets a mess all over it.
Q: Anyone used these? I want to try them. . .but just do not understand if they actually work as good as THEY say. These are the plastic or rubber ones that are suppose to be the thing now. . .
They are a heat reistant silicon and are good to use.
Q: Are plastic sheets resistant to cracking in freezing temperatures?
No, plastic sheets are not generally resistant to cracking in freezing temperatures.
Q: What are we up to?
Um, re-enacting a scene from 9-1/2 Weeks??
Q: I need a piece of flat sturdy plastic about 1/8 thick. Does anybody know where I can buy this? I dont want plexiglass, its too expensive.
Hardware stores like Home Depot or Lowe's have sheeted plastic, but I'm not sure if this is what you need. If you want a relatively small sheet of stiff plastic, then I would recommend going to a dollar store and seeing if you could modify something that would work for you. Also, if you are looking for clear plastic there are photo-protection sheets that are stiff and come in 8.5x11 size. Go to a photo shop. A pharmacy with photo developing might have them but you never can tell what they will or will not stock.
Q: What is the effect of lining the bottom of your deep freezer with plastic sheets of material?
I cannot think of any benefit to doing that unless the deep freezer has a bad seal and is constantly forming ice. As far as I can tell, the plastic sheet would only serve to contain the ice so that it is easier to clean the freezer. Naturally, you have to remove everything in the freezer in order to dump the ice off the plastic sheet, then put everything (including the plastic sheet) back in the freezer. I'm not an expert on this, but I think that your energy bill for the freezer would go up. Plastic doesn't really freeze at the temperatures you are talking about, so putting plastic sheets in a freezer just means that the freezer will have to draw that much more energy (as it tries to freeze plastic). A little Google research showed me that the 'line with plastic sheets' thing is a do-it-yourself measure to try to cover up the problem(s) with the original plastic liner of the freezer. It doesn't look like it works. Perhaps time to start budgeting for a new freezer.
Q: How do I get rid of the static in the stack of the clear plastic cover sheets? Every time I try to pull one, I get shocked viciously!!It's within the entire stack. Help!
You may want to look into an antistatic wrist strap, and anchor it to a metal table leg or something. Normally, they are used when working on electronics so as to prevent accidentally discharging static electricity into the device, but I don't see why it wouldn't work for this purpose.
Q: I can save about $20 if I learn an effective method.
I'd just get a new one!
Q: Can plastic sheets be used for window well covers?
Yes, plastic sheets can be used for window well covers. They are lightweight, durable, and provide protection against elements such as rain, snow, and debris.
