- Yep,the Harbor Freight setup works OK with some practice,there's quite a learning curve there. I use a toaster oven for smaller parts.The powder they sell is ground plastic with a low melting point. I did a much larger piece by preheating it with a propane torch then keeping it hot enough to flow.

- ours is rolled in the same position except there is no kink i just went and checked maybe thats why it dont come out good or maybe you have hard water and its clogged hope this helps you
- Q: the tubes are bout 1cm ID with only about a 1mm thickness. I don't think threading them will be possible, and the seal between that has to be water tight.
- you need coupling or socket to connect the two pieces and then apply adhesive to connect, there is a traditional way which you heat up on side to form a spigot or cone shape little wider than 1cm and insert one end while it is hot then press for tightness, this is not good from quality point of view.
