Description 
    As a European standard electric hoist, ND model wire rope electric hoist refers to European FEM standard. Designed by FEM standard, it has advanced idea, good-looking appearance and imported with original packaging drive elements in Germany. It conforms to low noise and energy conversation environment requirement with convenient operation, compact structure as a whole, safe and reliable traveling. This series of electric hoist applies 13 patented technologies. Because of traveling frequency control design, it has less impact which realizes precise positioning. It is equipped, like black box, with intelligentize safe operation and monitoring recorder, which can continuously record operational condition of crane and prevent it from unprofessional operation. Adopted with maintenance-free design as a whole, it is convenient to maintain with less vulnerable parts. Totally, its technology level has attained advanced level in competing products at home and abroad.

    ND model wire rope electric hoist is divided into three types in line with installing form, low building height monorail trolley(ND type, which is suitable to monorail and electric single beam crane), double-track trolley(NDS Model, which is suitable to double-girder crane) and stationary type. Monorail trolley electric hoist : normal lifting capacity is 1~12.5T, normal lift height is 6m、9m、12m.Double-track trolley and stationary type:normal lifting capacity is 3.2～80t. It has auxiliary hook with 10/3.2～80/20t,normal lift height can attain 18m, traveling speed is 2～20m/min electrodeless frequency control,normal lift speed is  5/0.8m/min. Also, frequency control can be chose. Lifting of electric hoist and braking are stable. During the lifting, the amplitude of swing is small with accurate location, which can greatly improve its operational performance. Classification group of electric hoist design is M5.

Technical parameters

The overall layout of ND electric hoist is parallel C type structure, the reel device though the reducer parallel to the motor, makes the reducer easy to set and repair. ND type steel wire rope hoist adopts a unique design of anti roll wheel, which plays an effective balancing role, eliminates the heavy weight block, reduces the shape size and reduces the weight of the equipment

ND type electric hoist according to installation can be divided into low construction height monorail trolley (ND-type, apply to single girder of electric single girder cranes), double girder crane(NDS type, suitable for double-beam crane) and stationary type . Single girder trolley electric hoist, standard weight is 1~12.5T, standard lifting height is 6m, 9m, 12m. Double raile trolley and fixed type , standard weight is 3.2~80t, with the auxiliary hook,the lifting capacity configuration is 10/3.2~80/20T , standard lifting height up to 18m. Running speed: 2~20m/min stepless frequency control, standard lifting speed is 5/0.8M/min and can also select the frequency, electric hoist, smooth braking, small crane swing, positioning accuracy, improved performance greatly. The electric hoist design basis working grade is M5.

- A horizontal guide wheel is designed at both ends to ensure that the hoist runs smoothly.

- The electric hoist adopts a unique design of anti rolling device to replace the traditional low clearance hoist counterweight box, effectively reduce its weight, while ensuring that the machine runs efficiently and stably.

- Hoist equipped with a device for crane overload limit and running state, can stop transmission status, operation number and duration of automatic recording of crane, automatically determine and record the power failure, the lifting motor overload and overcurrent fault, continuous monitoring of lifting load, determine and record overloading events. The device sends an alarm signal to prompt the user when fault occurs, there is overloading when cutting off the rising power of the motor, ensure the safety of persons and equipment, the recorder nonvolatile data storage technology, the recorded data can be stored for a long time, the data read by the computer records, the use of the analysis of crane, is convenient for users to discover and deal with the potential danger, to ensure safe use of crane.
