5.FAQ of Solar Module

1. Q: Do you have your own factory?

A: Yes, we have. Our factory located in Jiangyin city, jiangsu province.

2. Q: How can I visit your factory?
A: Before you take off from your country, please let us know. We will show you the way,or arrange time to pick you up if possible.
3. Q: Could you print our company LOGO on the nameplate and package?
A: Yes, we can do that.
4. Q: Do you accept custom design on size?
A: Yes, if the size is reasonable.

Q: Can solar panels power a whole house?
Yes, solar panels can power a whole house depending on the size of the solar panel system, the energy requirements of the house, and the amount of sunlight available in the area. A properly sized solar panel system can generate enough electricity to meet the needs of a typical household, reducing or even eliminating the reliance on the traditional power grid.
Q: How to make a simple solar panel?
Guide okorder /
Q: My project needs to build a thermal solar panel that would be used as a demonstrational rig. The dimensions i am allowed do not allow me to use a normal thermal solar panel so i have decided to use the heat exchanger from the back of a fridge. Although this is possible to use what equation would i use to prove the power of the sun would actually heat up the water. More importantly when the rig is demonstrated to students, they will need to be able to determine if the raise in temperature given by the thermometers is what should be given. Variables of the rig will include: Angle of the panel, Light intensity, Direction of panel, and more importantly the flow rate of the water travelling through the pipes. What equation includes those variables (change in temperature, flow rate) and would allow me to incorporate the angle of the panel. The light source would be a lamp so i would also need to know how much of the energy from the lamp is actually being used by the panel?
solar panels don't store energy, they only generate it. If you want to store energy you need a battery bank of some kind to get you through the night and anytime the sun isn't shining. If you have a little extra in the budget you might look at a geothermal system for your home's heating and cooling needs. They're highly efficient systems and you can supplement however you like. Whatever you do, though I hope you have a good building envelope in place already. Solar panels are cool, but if you have a leaky house, you're still not getting the best out of your panels. Do the more mundane stuff first. Insulation, windows, and weather-tight doors.
Q: Can solar panels be used in conjunction with a backup generator?
Yes, solar panels can be used in conjunction with a backup generator. This setup is known as a hybrid solar power system and it allows for continuous power supply even during periods of low sunlight or when the solar panels are not generating enough electricity.
Q: Can solar panels be installed on research facilities or laboratories?
Yes, solar panels can be installed on research facilities or laboratories. Solar panels are a viable and sustainable energy solution for these types of buildings, providing clean and renewable power. The installation of solar panels on research facilities or laboratories can help reduce their carbon footprint, lower energy costs, and contribute to a greener and more sustainable environment.
Q: Can solar panels be installed on museums or cultural centers?
Yes, solar panels can be installed on museums or cultural centers. In fact, many museums and cultural centers are embracing solar energy as a sustainable and cost-effective solution for their energy needs. By installing solar panels, these institutions can reduce their carbon footprint, lower energy costs, and demonstrate their commitment to environmental stewardship. Additionally, the installation of solar panels on such iconic buildings can serve as a visual representation of their dedication to renewable energy, inspiring others to follow suit.
Q: I want to purchase some or one solar panel for my home. I don't know where to buy them from. I've loooked online and if i could buy them online that would be best, but if you knew of a website that has good prices than that would be great! Thanks

Q: Are there any risks of fire associated with solar panels?
Yes, there are some risks of fire associated with solar panels. While solar panels themselves do not combust, there have been instances where electrical malfunctions, such as faulty wiring or improper installation, have led to fires. Additionally, if a fire breaks out in the vicinity of solar panels, it can be more challenging for firefighters to extinguish due to the electric current flowing through the panels. However, when installed and maintained properly, the risks of fire are relatively low.
Q: How do you know when it is a good deal to buy a solar panel. For example, what is a good cost per watt, how many volts should I expect, etc.
Both might be bigger. When it is cloudy and little solar (iciness) you'll have a breeze. When it is nonetheless and sunny, you could have the solar. When the batteries are charged, extra vigour from the windmill can also be shunted right into a resistance heater in a water tank, preheating home water, decreasing that price. Downside of windmills: There is a few noise. you do desire a tower of a few form to get above treeline. It's mechanical, so it's going to want periodic renovation and would possibly holiday, or will put on out, or be broken in a windstorm. Panels will final for many years, simply have to be wiped clean of snow within the iciness, and washed off, in case you are living in a dusty subject. They are hard, however the glass can also be damaged.
Q: I have an off-grid 24volt existing system using 8 x 80 watt 2volt, wired at 24volts, mono solar panels with deep cycle batteries, operating now. I have been given a 240 2volt polly cryst. panel. Can I add this panel to existing panels as above. Thank you, dumb solar man
Assuming that you have / will upgrade wiring sizes to carry the extra wattage, that the new total wattage resulting from the addition doesn't overload any existing charge controller, diodes and / or inverter you have installed, then paralleling it straight into one of the other 2 volt groups should do nothing but add current to the system. True, it will be somewhat imbalanced, but it will work. Your other options would be to reconfigure everything down to it's native 2 V configuration which will raise current and lower voltage, with the additional panel creating the additional current to raise the wattage or to put it in series with the other 4 panel clusters so that you would get 36 V and additional current to account for the raised wattage. One last approach might be to set it up on another battery bank of it's own (small and at 2 V) to then connect to the same inverter. You'd be getting more power and storage capability that way, sort of a partial backup system, really, that will take some of the load off the other components to help extend their useful lives and get a bit more flexibility into it as well. The choice is yours here. That is all the ways that the system can be connected in, assuming everything in the first sentence checks out;-) It's difficult to make a recommendation without knowing what other components are in use and what the maximum ratings they carry are. Just remember that parallel connections add current and voltage stays the same, series connections add voltage and the current remains the same and you can figure out what to do with this thing to help you if you stay within maximum ratings for the charge controller, diodes and / or inverter involved. Good luck and stay safe!
