 1.Structure of Solar Module Description

Solar panel (Solar panel) is by absorbing sunlight, the Solar radiation through the photoelectric effect or photochemical effect directly or indirectly converted into electrical energy device, the main material of most of the Solar panel as the "silicon", but because of the production cost is very big, so much so that it can't be extensive and widespread use. Compared to common batteries and circulating rechargeable batteries, solar cells belong to more energy conservation and environmental protection green products.

5.FAQ of Solar Module

1. Q: Do you have your own factory?

A: Yes, we have. Our factory located in Jiangyin city, jiangsu province.

2. Q: How can I visit your factory?
A: Before you take off from your country, please let us know. We will show you the way,or arrange time to pick you up if possible.
3. Q: Could you print our company LOGO on the nameplate and package?
A: Yes, we can do that.

Q: How do solar panels affect the electricity bill?
Solar panels can significantly reduce or even eliminate electricity bills by generating renewable energy from the sun, thereby reducing the reliance on grid-supplied electricity. When solar panels produce more energy than is consumed, excess energy can be fed back into the grid, resulting in credits or reducing future bills through net metering programs.
Q: I have seen DIY software which explains everything for novices. Specifically, how to build your own solar panels and tie them into your home electrical system for about $00 in parts.Has anyone tried doing this? Was it easy?
Your location could effect this answer significantly. If you are in an area that requires considerable amounts of heating, and you are looking to save some money with a homemade project, try solar-thermal.S-T is easy and cheap ,can be built from common scrapyard materials, and will give you a great knowledge gateway . The orientation and tracking skills you will learn can be used later with PVs if you choose,or you can make better concentrators for the solar-thermal and build yourself a sterling or rankin cycle engine to generate electricity. If u need heat,or even hot water, u can start saving the money u put into the system immediately. Concentrated PV is here and now ,but, in a year or 2 it will be cheap and readily available and thats when PV will start to approach the efficiency of solar-thermal.there a great sites and groups on just S-T out there ,join 'em,check 'em out, read the free info from those who have built working systems, and you will probably find a more useful method of saving money and the planet at the same time.Just remember to approach it as a hobby/learning experience at first.Start with solar-thermal....theres a reason the anti-greenies point at the ROIs on PVs,great arguement against alt energy, but over the last 30 years I've shut up quite a few skeptics with my solar-thermal projects ,esp. when coupled with geothermal...have fun, make a local scrapyard owner/worker ur freind..................GEOD
Q: Can solar panels be installed on a residential community or housing complex?
Yes, solar panels can be installed on a residential community or housing complex. In fact, many residential communities and housing complexes are increasingly adopting solar energy as a sustainable and cost-effective power source. Installing solar panels can help generate clean and renewable electricity, reduce energy bills, and contribute to a greener environment.
Q: i have a small solar panel, the ones from a garden lamp that turns on at night-i think.what i was wondering is can i just connect the solar panel to a capacitor and then a light just to test?or do i need something to convert the solar energy to usable energy?and how do i tell if a capacitor is broken?
Most solar panels convert the energy collect from the sun directly into usable DC current. So no, you do not need a capacitor to test a light if you are in sunlight. You will need a capacitor or rechargeable battery if you plan on testing the solar panel away from a light source after the capacitor or battery has charged. Solar panels cannot store electricity.
Q: Would like to know if the DIY Solar panel systems can be as efficient as a commercial grade panel.
I would like to go with commercial grade solar panels.
Q: I want to know that if I put solar panels in space if Pluto can recieve energy for iPods and television
I'm definitely no expert in the field but hope to learn much more in the future. I'm in the infancy stage of researching as many options as possible in the design and construction of a total green house. That being said, a particular local news story sparked my interest when they investigated the cost effectiveness of residential solar panel systems. Here in Austin, Texas, through subsidies and incentives offered, you can install a system that costs roughly 22.5k for about 7. Apparently these deductions come from a federal incentive (which is a very small portion) combined with those set by the city itself. Austin is a pretty progressive city so I imagine their incentives might be a little better than most but you can call your city's general info line (3) and do a little more digging. Another option you might have is renting the equipment. I was told yesterday that a company here in town would allow for the installation and use for a monthly rate. I know how tight cash can be in school and 7 thousand might not be tangible. The whole issue of energy conservation is so prevalent these days that new info is constantly coming out. Give your current energy provider a call and see what they can tell ya. I hope you find something that works for you. -G
Q: Can solar panels be used in areas with high levels of snow or ice?
Yes, solar panels can be used in areas with high levels of snow or ice. However, their efficiency may be reduced during winter months due to reduced sunlight exposure and accumulation of snow or ice on the panels. To mitigate this, solar panels can be installed at an angle to allow snow to slide off, or they can be equipped with heating systems to melt the snow or ice. Additionally, regular maintenance and cleaning may be required to ensure optimal performance in snowy or icy conditions.
Q: Can solar panels be used for powering outdoor recreational vehicles?
Yes, solar panels can be used for powering outdoor recreational vehicles such as RVs, campers, and boats. They provide a convenient and eco-friendly way to generate electricity for various appliances and systems in these vehicles, including lighting, refrigeration, heating, and charging electronic devices. Solar panels can harness the sun's energy to charge batteries, which can then be used to power the vehicle's electrical needs, making it a sustainable and cost-effective option for outdoor enthusiasts.
Q: Can someone tell me the average savings you get PER solar panel installed? I do not have the money to invest in a bunch of them at once, so I am forced to buy one at a time, when I have the money. So how much can I expect to save after I buy the first one?
No matter what or how you do it it is best to get off coal and nukes. So it cost a little bit of money you are buying 30 years of electric. How much will you spend adding in cost of living increases over the next 30 years? Solar really is pretty cheap if you take the time to do the long term math. If you use your cost at to days rates it does seem like a lot. But if you do the math like in real life with 3.5% compounded cost of living increases per year and 6.5% fuel increases per year. Well, you pay a lot more renting power. One other thing to think about and Al Gore keeps pointing it out is, Will your off spring be alive in 50 years from now if you don't buy the solar panel? Kind of like not going to the doctor because you can't afford the bill. Well I would rather owe a bill to a doctor that I will have trouble paying then not be alive at all to try. If you don't have the money to jump in and go full blown Green you should buy a starter system. You can get a system that can be expanded to 3000 watts (enough to power an energy efficient home). Would cost you about $8000 USD to get started and then you could add three solar modules at a time till you get it up to the 3000 watt max. And even have backup power. Or you could just buy a 000 watt system for about the same price and just add 3 of them over the years. There are many ways to get started. The deal is everyone needs to get started even if it is a small system. If all 50 million homes in the USA would install a small 000 watt system with 4 hours of sun light a day. We would provide (000 watts times 4 hours times 365 days times 50 million homes) 29,000,000,000,000 watts not from coal or nuke plants per year. I wonder if that would help?
Q: Me and my friend have made our own functional solar panels for considerably less than retail prices and we are thinking about selling them. Are there any legal issues regarding this? Would I need any special licenses or anything? Would using brand name components or parts in the panels make any difference legally? I want to know before I just go out and start doing it. Thanks!
you might first patent the design . Make sure everything is well documented . talk to patent agents and lawyers . Then instead of becoming a seller , introduce your design to established companies. They already have all the licences , lawyers, codes..etc to sell , install, advertise to buyers . they can often make you a partner or buy your design for a lump sum . Solar is a huge step . Best wishes
