*Such coil is specially designed to replace aluminum ingot, due to the high export tax of aluminum ingot, the coil has better price than ingot.
*This type of coil can fit customer's remelting furnace just like ingot, no need to make any change to the production line that was previously used for ingot. The standard coil size and weight is very suitable for the feed gate of furnace.
*This type of coil causes less material wastage than ingot when remelted.
*Our coil is made directly from ore, no need to go though the ingot making process, quality is much better than other suppliers who use ingot scrap to make coil.

- Normal way would be to machine a 'master' of the truck them pack the master into the clayCarefully cut the clay in half, remove the master, join the clay half's back together, make a pour hole or a 'sprew', pour in the molten aluminumNow, I have no idea if this clay you have is suitable or notNext up would be to have the truck shape machined into two steel blocks, half on each sideClamp the blocks together pour in the metalBecause the melting point of steel is much higher then aluminum, the steel mold should last quite a whileAfter the aluminum has mostly cooled, remove the clamps pop-out the rough truck shapeUsing the two piece steel mold would probably be the best ideaLook-up 'mold makers' in your town.

Cardboard would be more much more expensive than plastic bags and the oils from the potato chips would render the cardboard useless as recycling stock Cellophane bags might be a biodegradable as they're made from plant cellulose You could always buy the potato and make the potato chips at home with the food processor and a deep fryer Maybe they can sell a potato chip making machine just like they have those miniature donut making machines, hotdog machines, and popcorn machines for the home media room.
