Thanks: There are a couple things you can do. If it's already dried and was a latex paint, you can probably gently scrape it off with a razor. You can also use a chemical removers such as Goof-Off or Goodbye Splatters. I would usually try to scrape/peel it off first. If that doesn't work, then go to the chemical removers. If you used an oil based paint, you'll likely need to use a paint stripper if it's already dried. Strippers are different than the above mentioned products. If that's what you need, talk with the people at your local paint store (not a big box store). They'll usually have the best recommendations of paint strippers that are appropriate to use in your area. Good luck!
