Cut to length line is used to cut metal with thickness range:0.3mm -40mm,width range: 300mm-2500mm steel coil to required length, change steel coil to steel sheet. This line is suitable for leveling aluminium and carbon steel coils.

Processing flow is as following:

carry coil→load coil→de-coiling(pressing guide +opener)→entry、rough level→guiding→leveling→cutting(with coding reader to set fixing length for cutting) →belt transmission desk→discharging
