Straw is most popluar and cheaper, and like all horse bedding MUST be mucked out every day and skipped out twice a day Mucking out - Removing wet straw and droppings and replacing with fresh straw. 'Do not remove still clean straw'. Skipping out - Just remove droppings Goats, Sheep, Swine and Cows - Straw Bed in large barn, should be cleaned out about once a month but new straw should be topped up once - Twice a week making up a deep litter bed. Remove with tractor and trailer.

- Timothy hay is for eating, not bedding, she will not nest with it, try straw, they don't tend to eat it and they will build up a nest, timothy hay should be given everyday as it is part of a healthy staple diet, but shouldn't be used as bedding.

- Q:The general measurements for a toddler bed are something like 57x27x30. I'm ready to put my son in a toddler bed but he moves SO much I feel like the toddler beds on the market right now aren't quite big enough. - toddler beds are the same size as a crib. You use your crib mattress. the next size up would be a twin bed. Most toddlers do fine in a toddler bed till 3 or 4. Sometimes older. My son didn't like the toddler bed so after a month or two we bought a twin bed and he sleeps fine in it.

- i was put on bed rest in my 5th month. i am still but the kind of bed rest has changed. at first i needed to lay down and eat in bed...then it was sit in reclining position most of the day...now im allowed to walk but not too much. make sure you calll your obgyn to ask her the implications of your bedrest and what you need to do to follow it. make sure you pick up a hobby tat you can do in bed or reclining. otherwise you could get a bit stir crazy. i know i did and im still annoyed with being on my butt all day. best of luck
