Q: Think about situations in which machinery is required to produce motion of some sort. Name two activities wh?
a train engine produces motion for a train a car engine moves a car
Q: i need machinery to make MDF out of palm tree branches
Please list your technical expertise, financial resources, experience with industrial machinery, desired output, size of facility, level of automation desired, marketing expertise, and location (so I can estimate level of governmental interference with environmental concerns). When you provide that background information your question has a shot at being answered.
Q: Okay, so I'm looking through my bio textbook (not ap) and I come across this graphic about the HIV virus. There's a strip of text that talks about how the virus replicates itself:HIV is equipped with the enzyme reverse transcriptase.........Using the cell's **gene translation machinery**, this DNA then directs the production of thousands of viruses. The thing inside the **s . What is it? Cells don't have machinery! Why does the book call it translation machinery?
It's talking about the complement of proteins used to copy the DNA and produce new viruses that are hijacked by the virus. Proteins are like little machines. They're the molecules that do everything in the cell.
Q: Thank you in advance.(^^ゞ
I would take it to mean that a individual wants to enter into a career in the future working with some kind of machinery. The absolute vagueness of the statement leaves much to be desired. It does not make a lot of sense but you can derive a small amount of what the person is trying to say.
Q: What kind of technology or machinery is used in the dental office for basic procedures (such as fillings, cleaning, extractions, crowns, bridgework, dentures, etc..)If you're familiar with any of them, please let me knowww....Will give you a Best Answer ...thanks
Lasers are a real big thing in dental offices, they are minimally invasive, which means they take away the least amount of your natural tooth structure, and they are very precise. you get to keep as much healthy tooth structure as possible and you still get fillings done. we use ultrasonic cleaners to clean your teeth. for crowns and bridgework there is a, new to america and canada, machine called Cerec in office crowns. you get your crowns or bridges in one sitting rather than two, the crown gets madein the office, rather than being sent to a lab, and its made outta material taht is closest to natural tooth structure as possible. also digital x rays deliver 1/8 the amount of radiation compared to traditional x ray machines. check out your local dentist listings for an up to date in technology dental office.
Q: Would it be considerd against ethics to use city owned equipment for the athletic club dept, which is a county owned school? This equipment is being used after hours and weekends too for athletic club use.
If you don't have permission it could be considered theft of city equipment and services. Especialy when something breaks. Even though it isn't your fault. Ask your supervisor about it. Being a nice guy can get you in serious trouble sometimes.
Q: I live in Illinois and am currently 15 years old, and am a pizza maker at a restaurant. I currently make pizzas and throw them in the oven. When will I be old enough to cut up vegetables and use a machine that makes the dough flat?? 16?? 18? 21?

Um okorder Never know, you might just see something that you like, Thanks,
Q: Calf work outs BESIDES running that do NOT require machinery??
In ballet it's called a releve, but in normal terms, just lifting yourself while standing from a flat footed position, to the tip of your toes, works out your calves. To get an even better calf workout, stand up on the ledge of a fireplace, or on a sturdy coffee table, and let the back of your feet dangle off the edge, so that your feet are at an angle, then tense your muscles to raise yourself up to the tips of your toes, then slowly go back down. Keeps your legs straight, as this intensifies the workout. This lady in the link below talks for awhile. Just skip halfway in to see what I'm talking about (if it doesn't make much sense).
Q: I am handling affairs for my grandmother's estate and she has a shed full of antique tools/machinery from when my grandfather died two decades ago. Where should I go to get an accurate appraisal?
Find a local thrift/antiques shop. They will know of appraisers in your area. BTW: Unless the tools belonged to his father they are just old tools. Some people like displaying old tools in their work hop, but unless they are im mint conditoin they arn't worth all that much.
