- Q: My boyfriend has two 3 yr old boys. They come to our house once a month. We would like to buy them beds. Would you get toddler beds or would you get bunk beds? My boyfriend is concerned about bunk beds, he doesn't want them sleeping up high. But I think they could both sleep on the bottom for a while but he doesn't want them to sleep in the same bed because they move around alot a night. What would you do?
- I think it depends on the children. I can't say I would put them in a toddler bed, the weight limit on most only goes up high enough for a 4 year old so that might be a waste of money. Is there room for 2 twin size beds? I can tell you this. At age 2 1/2 my oldest was sleeping in a loft type bed (like a bunk bed without the bottom bunk, it has a fort type area underneath). He's still in it at 4 1/2 and has never once fallen out or had any problems at all. It does have a tent over the top of it so that would help prevent him from falling. But, he does not move at all when he sleeps; he is a VERY deep sleeper. I have an 18 month old and there is no way he will be going in that bed until close to age 4 (at least), he moves around all night long. I think that is a big factor when considering a bunk bed for a young child.
- Q: what is the best most comfortable king size bed?
- I suppose it's what you can afford. The more gadgets on it the higher the cost. The choosier you are the more money you better have. If you're a big person maybe like 200 or more pounds then you'd need a king size bed, maybe if you're big then you're also tall so sure choose a king size bed, if you have a spouse and want to share the bed and you're both adults then sure you might want a king size bed. Know though that when you buy king sized beds that the sheets and comforters and blankets and such all are super expensive to match your taste. Some people have back problems and strangely enough those people will iether choose something flat and hard like the floor while others with the identical problem will choose lots of pillows and a bed that has a lot of give. It's weird that they can't agree. I'd say to just go to a mattress place and talk with a few salesmen asking what's new and available.
- Q: when would you put your baby into a toddler bed?
- My kids went into their toddler bed at 13 months. They were all running by 9 months so I wasn't worried about them getting in and out of the bed. Plus they are not big movers when they sleep so I was comfortable with it at that point.
- Q: i have 2 hedgehogs i use paper bedding for but do they really NEED bedding at all? they dont poop like rodents so why not as long as i have towels for them to burrow in? i put towels in their tubs already. would it be okay if i use no bedding at all, they have a plastic bottomed cage.
- Well it wouldn't kill them, however it may not make them the happiest. i would suggest putting paper in a small corner that way if they wanted to they could find it there. hope this helps (:

- Yes they get in 2 every thing my friend had bed bugs and she had to threw every thing out in her house it was a mess

- She could tumble out, but she's probably not going to get hurt at all. Just make sure it's lower to the floor. Expect missing blankets. Milky pillows. Missing items of clothing under the fitted sheet. Missing books and dolls, and animals. You will find them under the bed.

- Get her to the vet now don't weight if you do she will not make it. I know that sound harsh but it is true worms are not a prity sight and if she is sleeping on your bed you most likely already have the worms as well
