Q: My family is going on a 4-night Caribbean Cruise from Miami, but the thing is we have a family of four. The ship is going to be Carnival Fascination and I went to a Carnival Cruise website and saw that there were only 3 rooms left. The actual bed bug insect do attract to dirty beds, although they're more likely to appear in hotels and such. They are microscopic, so you won't see them. But that doesn't mean they're not there.
