Q: I don't know why, but I have these itchy bite/bumps on my upper arms. I dont know where they came from. They are only on my upper arms. This weekend I was around mosquito's, but I don't know. Are bed bug bites just like mosquito bites? I doubt I have bed bugs so Im just confused.: It sounds like mosquito bites. Bed bugs would bite you on your body, not just your upper arms. But your uppser arms were probably exposed to the air, and are better targets for mosquitos than your lower arms which move around a lot more.

Help!!: Because you are wavering between the two options, and because there's an emotional attachment to one of them, I'd say keep the loft bed. It's my philosophy that when there are two options where either would be fine, go with the least harmful one (to yourself or others). You still love your loft bed and your dad built it for you; I would've immediately decided to keep the loft bed. Q: Does the air force do bed checks? i was wondering because i want to live off base w/ my fiance but im only E-3 and i dont think they will let me live off base, does anyone know how i could make this work?: some bases will allow you to live off base without being married you should check into it...we have had friends at e1 and e2 that lived off base with their girlfriends..and still maintained their room on base..of course the military didnt give them any housing money nor did they get their food money...as they still were supposed to eat at the chow hall...and then there are some bases that will let you give up your dorm room and will pay you bha and the food allowance..it is all going to depend on how crowded the dorms are on your base...you should just ask someone that would know these things..ask your section chief he or she can point you in the right direction

Q: When is the best age? my son is 18months , also my mum said with us she bought a proper single bed not a toddler bed and used the guard so she didnt have to buy another bed in a few years whats your opinions on that?: I will be getting a double size, put it on the floor at about 1 year- 18months and let them sleep on that until I feel they are ready to put it up on a frame. A toddler bed is just a waste of money. It is about the same size as a crib mattress, so really you could just use the mattress from the crib on the floor as easily. I think it's too small though, and I won't be getting a crib anyway, we are cosleeping.

Q: rhino spray on bed liner: You want to cover all of the area that is subject to being scratched by cargo, but be careful to not cover areas that have to move like the hinges on the tailgate. Most installations mask off areas where you don't want the spray to hit just like for painting a vehicle. The recommended area is the entire interior of the bed and tailgate and the top of the bed sides and tailgate. If there is sufficient space between the tailgate bottom (at the hinges) and the edge of the bed so that the tailgate can still operate smoothly, I'd also spray the lip of the bed and maybe even down a little towards the area between the bed and rear bumper. This will give an overlap at the back of the bed where cargo being slid into the bed might normally hit the edge of the liner and start chipping it away. Something I've found is that there is a substance similar to the Rhino Liner material, but less prone to scratching. It's called Shark Skin. You might Google it and see if anyone around uses it. It requires a special (very expensive) sprayer, so is not something that you can do yourself.

Q: also name your favorite bedding for rats: I use aspen because it's less expensive then carefresh. But I've been doing all sorts of research on rats lately and everything I've read says carefresh is ONE of the best. But there are others. You could google rat care and find many options and choose which one is right for your rat and you.

Q: I have bed bugs!!!....does diatomaceous earth REALLY work on bed bugs...or have i just been suckered in (like the rest of the country): For what it may be worth: I have for many years taken a 500 mlg capsule of odor free garlic oil every day. I am convinced this is why I am not bothered by mosquitoes or any other such pest, (i.e. ticks fleas etc.). There is a person who rents a room from me and he brought home some bar floosy who has infested his room with bed bugs. He is leaving my home and when he is gone I will clean his room with a combination of steam and diatomaceous earth (not the swimming pool filter kind). I will report the outcome at that time but in the mean time I must mention he is eaten up while I have had not a single bite. I can not help but think the garlic has had something to do with this. If you try this it is well to remember; you will taste and smell it for the first few days (about a week) then the taste goes away. No one smells it on me and I associate the type of people who would tell me if they did. Garlic has other beneficial attributes also but I can attest to its ability to keep mosquitoes off me and I now suspect bed bugs off me as well. Again for what ever it may be worth. Cheers, Andrew.
