Q: I'm getting one on Saturday, I already have double lobe piercings in each ear, and a flesh tunnel in my right, but i've heard cartiliage piercings hurt alot more than a normal lobe one?: I just got mine done last weekend, I wont lie its worse then a regular lobe piercing but every body reacts differently. The second hole definitely hurts worse then the first, but for me after the fact mine didn't hurt at all, some people say it throbs or burns but mine never did any of that. Good luck :)

Q: I've had my industrial piercing for about 6 months, about 2 months after I had it done I thought it was healed and stupidly changed the bar to a cheap on I bought off ebay. BIG mistake I know, it got infected and I was put on antibiotics. It's been healing well for about 3 months now, but how long roughly will it take to fully heal?: It depends on different people. It takes quite a while for industrial piercings to heal, it can take from 3 months, but usually it takes about 10 months to a year to fully heal.

Is this normal?Thanks (:: Yeah, your body is reacting to having a giant metal rod through it =] Its likely that in your sleep youve rolled onto it and that has caused the piercing to bleed. You can try putting a pillow next to you to aviod you rolling over. Otherwise dont sweat it just keep cleaning twice daily and youll be fine.
