- I don't even think you have to be 'good' at plumbing to do it. If you're going to keep the sink drains in the same spot on the wall as the ones are now then you're talking about unscrewing the drains and faucets. Once you put in the new vanities just reattach. If you want to move the sinks to the left or right though it becomes more difficult.

- Q: I had some black hair dye accidentally get on my bathroom vanity top. The vanity top is white not marble not granite not sure the material. The apartment is very new everything is pretty high end so it may be marble but the color is white. I put bleach on the stain to remove it but it turned it a light green color? Should I try more bleach? Or just hire a professional cleaner to try and remove the mess?has anyone experienced this? - Since there's also peroxide (a form of bleach) in the hair dye...putting more bleach won't improve your vanity stain.....Try a paste with baking soda and water, putting a damp (old) towel over the stain for 24 hours......keep dampening the towel or cover it with plastic wrap to prevent it drying out!....Sometimes HAIR turns green when too much color is too different from the last i.e. brown to blonde......which makes the hair green (such as someone who dyes their hair blonde & then goes into a swimming pool....then it turns a nasty green color being in a chlorinated pool)!
