- Q: I'm about 6'2 and really skinny. I want to gain some muscle mass, but I don't have access to very much equipment. I have a treadmill and a rowing machine. What kind of things should I eat, and what would be a good regime for me to use to gain muscle mass. I obviously don't want to loose weight so that's not an issue. How long would it be before I notice any noticeable difference? Thanks in advance.
- Prison work out! use your body weight and up your calorie intake and you should muscle up... Your not going to grow over night, but if you do this for a few months...(like at least 5) and you hit it hard with the push ups pull ups and so forth, you pack on some muscle. Might not gain weight though, just tone up what you are now. if you have like 200 bucks to spend, buy the P90X! people might hate on this program because it's on late at night tv. Trust me if you use this program you will litterally change in 90 days just like the people on tv!!!! It super hard, but anything that buffs you up that fast isn't easy which is why people hate on it, because they can't hang. It's a complete at home system, no gym, little stuff to buy and just stick to the program and it works. If you just want to gain weight, not very healthy, but stop doing anything and play xbox live and stuff your face!!! If you do this for 5 months straight and pound back the fast food, and you don't gain at least 20 pounds, I envy you, because all it takes for me to is a week of fast food and soda's and I could go up 5-15 pounds easy! Check that P90X out I did it to prepare for my Police academy. Won't lie couldn't hang with the diet program and had to take days off here and there but I went from doing 3 pull ups and 25 push ups set to 35 pull ups and at least 60 push up sets!
- Q: It seems additive layer manufacturing comes in laser to metal format,if so, acquring just one of these machines (although I realize at a ridiculously high price) covers all the functionalities of many variations of CNC machines. (like mills, lathes, routers etc, of which I assume there are limitations on angular production)Will this not cut the learning curve and rapid prototyping time significantly?Or is there limitations in these type of rapid prototyping machines as well do you think?I just think, learning and using many different machines these days on manufacturing is quickly becoming obsolete. What do you think? Is CNC still a must?
- CNC is still needed for some things. If I need a part that must be made of very hard and strong alloy tool steel then you cannot make one on the 3D printer. However there are many parts that can be made on the printer instead of a CNC mill.

- It has nothing to do with the English class four. The mechanical engineer is divided into three parts: English, computer, and professional knowledge. English is very simple, probably on the college entrance examination, English is generally difficult to pass.

- That's an interesting, and disturbing thought. I wonder if they should be allowed to smoke cigarettes, as a dropped cigarette can cause a serious fire. Pumping fuel, too, in fact any activity involving potentially dangerous substances, the operation of machinery, and even holding small children should become proscribed acts, immediately. This is a serious safety issue!
