1. For Glazed Porcelain Floor Tile, what is the difference from polished porcelain tile?
—— For Glazed Porcelain Floor Tile, there is a special glaze layer on the tile surface, which makes the surface feel matt or rough, while the surface of polished porcelain tile is glossy and smooth.
2. What is the MOQ for this tile?
—— Normally the MOQ is one 20’ container. For those models whose production could be arranged frequently, we could mix 2 or 3 models in one container.
3. Can we use the carton with our own design and brand name?
—— Yes. Normally we go with Neutral Carton. If the order quantity is over 5 containers, we could print the carton of client’s design for the final packing.
4. What is the delivery time after we paid the deposit?
—— Normally, we shall get all items ready for loading within 3 weeks after we get the deposit or the formal Letter of Credit. For orders which demand cutting job, it will take a longer time.
5. For the delivery term, could you go with CFR our port?

- Q: The bottom row of tiles on my roof are loose.Depending on the weather(wind) I have to move the tiles back every 3 weeks as they are slipping down.How do I fix this without ripping up all the tiles just to nail down this one row?I do not have a gutter.
- If they are the newer cement tiles, I would try a small cement drill, about the size of a 16 penny nail. Try to gently drill a hole in the tile where you want to nail it to the roof. Or use screws that don't rust. Don't nail or screw down to the tile, that will break it. You just want the nail to hold the tile in position. If they are the older mission tiles, made of clay, the same might work. But they are very brittle and may need a wood support shaped the same as the tile to put under before drilling.................JJJ
- Q: i need to cut a hole in ceramic floor tile. i have tried many things such as dremel with different ceramic tile cutting attachments and a carbide hole saw.what should i try next?
- In the plumbing section of most hardware stores a cable saw can be found its used to cut pipe in hard to reach areas. some will cut tile. In the drill bit area find a Glass/ Tile bit big enough for the cable and go to it. a coping saw may work other thought. use tile bit to start and nippers, files will work as well use water as a lube. I hope someone else has a better Idea for you.
- Q: Accidentally I knocked off six 4X4 ceramic tiles off the wall in my shower. I have extras. How can I repair this?
- wear goggles as the piece's are extremely sharp. Get waterproof adhesive, grout,, sponge and spacers They also sell a tool to remove old grout If you don't want it to look like a patch, you should Replace all the grout If not, chip out the old tile, clean the wall and old grout, apply adhesive to the tile, place in hole Place spacers, two on a side Let adhesive dry Mix grout and apply Wipe will damp sponge Or instead of a tile, put in a soap dish or shampoo shelf

- Porcelain tile, glazed or unglazed do not require a sealer. Suggested for the grout yes but not the tile itself. The tile and its most likely a glazed product will not absorb any thing that will cause it to stain any way. Thus it will not absorb a sealer either. Sealer, since it won t be absorbed , will not make the tile any more or less slippery than the COF rating of the tile. - Q: I just installed a backsplash in my kitchen. It is glass mosaics with slate - 1x1. Today I began grouting and after it sat for 2 hours ( as instructed) I began wiping it down with a wet sponge. After scrubbing it for about an hour there is still a considerable amount of grout on the tiles - especially the slate. I used non sanded grout which is recommended for my tiles, but it will not come off! What can I do to remove the grout off of these tiles without scratching them? Please help. Thankyou
- I don t know who told you 2 hrs but that's totally wrong.He/ she should be shot or fired for telling you that. I d suggest a sanded grout for a slate, even a small 1x1 but with the glass tiles, you have to be careful not to scratch them. Did you seal the slate prior to setting or at least grouting?The grout my be clinging to the unsealed slate as well. At this point vinegar and water will not touch it. Start by scrapping off excess with a pc of wood or a plastic scraper.Don t use any thing metal. Once the excess is off, get a cleaner specifically for grout clean up.Hydroment makes a product called Remove but you can find other products were tile products are sold. - Q: Just moved into a house with tile floors, I have fiber mopped, stick-vac‘d, wet mopped them and they still feel gritty on my bare feet. Anyone have any suggestions or will they always feel dirty?
- They may be made like that so you don't slip on them. Smooth tiles are dangerous and many women have broken hips on them. So they started adding a roughing to the finish to make them safer. This may be what you are dealing with. Sorry.. Its not dirty, its being safe.

- Q: Tomorrow I will be laying porcelain tile in my kitchen and need help in figuring out how to cut a hole in the tile for the floor vent? Any input would be appreciated.
- I've done this: I've used an angle grinder to cut a rectangle in one bathroom tile. Straight cuts are easy using an angle cutter and a diamond wheel designed for cutting tile. I've even cut a round hole for the commode. But the commode had a tile seam under it, so I wasn't cutting a hole in the middle of a tile, I was able to cut and nibble away until I had a semi-circle in each tile. Just make sure you have more tile than you need. If (when) you make a mistake you have more to work with. And don't try to accomplish the entire cut all at once. Take little passes at it until you work your way through. Hope this helps. 'av'a g'day mate. '')
- Q: I would appreciate a double check on this problem. I believe I‘ve saved myself a lot of cutting, but I just want to make sure. My shower is 59 inches wide. My tile is 4.25 inches wide and tall. (square)My spacers are .25 inches wide. The middle point of my shower 29.5 inches. If I move my center line to the right or left by 2 and 1/8 inches I should be able to cover the entire width with 13 tile IF I allow for a 1/8th inch addition in each corner. Is this correct?
- Ok so ignore your center line it does not matter here your tiles are 4.25, your grout lines are .25 and you are trying to get the tile and grout lines into a space that is 59 so if you take 13 tiles you get 55.25 for those tiles you will have 12 standard .25 grout lines totaling 3 giving you a total of 58.25 now from here what I would do instead of adding grout line and caulking on each end is form an L with the next wall (assuming you have 3 walls to tile to enclose the shower) because a standard wall tile is about .25 thick this would give you an 1/8 bead of caulk in each corner. Make sense?
- Q: Our house has the same ceramic tile throughout the house but when we bought it, the owner didn‘t have any extra tiles. We have a crack that has spread through several tiles and needs to be repaired in some way. I haven‘t been able to find these tiles at any store. Any suggestions on how to get matching tiles or how to fix the crack if I can‘t find the matching tiles?
- Try to remove one or part of one (you may end up cracking another one though). Take it to a large tile store with experienced trained experts. Beware though - even if you do find the exact tile, it may not match exactly due to dye lots just plain aging of the current tiles. The current tile may not have been installed properly with hardibacker if there's a lot of cracking, or the tile itself may not have been the best quality, or they were cracked during moving of heavy appliances - a few possible scenarios of why these tiles cracked. SOMETIMES tile can be repaired, but it usually doesn't last long, especially if the cause was poor installation or the floor heaved for some reason.
