2. What is the MOQ for this tile?
—— Normally the MOQ is 1382.4 m2 for one 20’ container. To support our clients, we could go with 3 models to fill one container at most.
3. Can we use the carton with our own design and brand name?

- Q: I am in the process of tiling my bathroom, now that I have the 12 X 12 tiles on the floor and nearly done with them, I need to do the walls behind the toilet sink and cabinet. My question is, how far do I have to move the toilet flange (pipe) forward so the new tiles will not interfere. The toilet sits right on the wall. I used 1/2 backerboard, and I am using a 4x4 tile and thinset to mix and hold it together.
- If you removed the drywall and installed the cement board then add the thickness of the tile plus 1/4 inch for the thin set. If you put the cement board over the drywall then and in the 1/2 inch into your total. It's not a bad idea to give it a little extra room behind the toilet. You don't really want the tank right up against the tiles anyway. All it takes is somebody to lean back on that tank and crack a tile .Give it an extra 1/4 inch. Bottom line the toilet flange should be 12 inches from the finished wall by code. Don't forget to use a thicker wax ring or a flange extension when you reset that toilet to make up the difference of the cement board and tile.

- Q: i‘m thinking about laying my own tile. ( this way i could save $2700) yeah, i know its a pain int he butt. BUT i‘m still going to do it because i like doing my own work. I‘m laying down 24x24 tiles. do you have any advice or secrete or techniques to offer? its a straight edge tile so i was thinking about using no spacers. - Yes, 24x24 square edge tile is very accurately sized and can be laid with 1/16 joint. But only with careful attention to every detail. The slab needs to be dead on, less than 1/8 in ten feet variation. If a 10' straight edge placed on the slab has a space of more than 1/8 under it you will need self-leveling mortar. Flat trowel the back of each tile with thinset just prior to setting it. Move the notched trowel so all the ridges are parallel. Do not move the trowel in random directions. You will trap air under the tile and when you try to level them thinset will ooze out and make a mess. Try to apply thinset with the accuracy that once the tile is set it doesn't need to be adjusted. If the floor is flat, the thinset is consistant and the tile is accurate, you can't help but have a good floor I would reccomend at least 3/16 grout. Finish the grout as flat as possible, with new sponges and minimal water. Pre-seal the tile before grouting to make clean-up easy.

- In regards to sealing grout, many grouts, like TEC Power Grout, never need to be sealed to maintain stain resistance. You can get TEC Power Grout at Lowe's. For the tile layout, start tiling at the end of the room and work your way out. At the end of the room, find the center point, and do a dry lay out of your tile from the center point to the wall. You want to have at least 1/2 a tile at the wall, although it looks better if you have a full tile along the wall. You also want to have a full tile at the entrance because it looks nice that way. You may need to adjust your dry layout and cut tile with a wet saw so that your tile can fit the space. Good luck!

- That's the most efficient way to do it. You use math to calculate positions, so the tiles are virtual. Unless you really need to draw tiles with boundaries, don't show them (like the original Warcraft game). Perform all of your calculations like movement and clicks-to-tile conversions based on pixel location. This is far more efficient that trying to do it with lots of actual Java subpanels merged together. But, note that it's a lot of work and you have to carefully work out your calculations to make sure your clicks are aligned correctly. One mistake I made with a hex map once was I used doubles and I casted them to integers too early, and the slight different (by losing percentage) threw all my calculations off slightly. The trick is to create your background image tiles so that they blend seamlessly together on all sides. That will take a LOT of effort.
