2. Main Features of FRP Liner Pipe


1) Good corrosion resistance performance: strong corrosion resistance resin which have excellent mechanical and Processing Performance to bear the erosion of acids, alkalis, salts, raw seawater, corrosive soil, ground water and many chemical stuff.

2) Good performance in high and low temperature resistance: when temperature under 30°, FRP pipe still keeps good flexibility and high strength and can be used within temperature -50°-80°for long time, also can be used under temperature 110°with special formulated resin.

3) Abrasion resistant: The abrasion resistance performance of FRP mortar pipe is excellent. The test prove: put water loaded with amount of mud, sand, stone into the pipe and make the rotation abrasion effects comparison test. After 300 thousand times rotation, the abrasion degree is as following: steel pipe covered with tar and porcelain oil is 0.53mm; steel pipe with surface-hardening treatment is 0.48mm; FRP pipe is 0.21mm, which proves that FRP pipe’s outstanding abrasion resistance.

4) Temperature reservation: The performance of temperature reservation of FRP pipe is very good due to its low conductivity.

4. FRP Liner Pipe Specification
