When i tried to solve the series (finding x and subbing the value into the first equation in the series. I got a really high negative value. I tried doing the problem again using series of arctan 140 (500/h+x) and tan 66 (h/500). Solving this I managed to get a value of 333.044, for the height of the lightning rod. Which seems bizarrely tall. Any help to see where I am going wrong in this problem is GREATLY appreciated.Thank you.
