Introduction

Electrolytic manganese metal flake is with silver gray metallic luster, hard and crisp, melting point 1245, boilling point 1962, with strong oxidation-reduction capacity. Specific gravity is 7.2. In comparison with metal manganese made by elctric warming, the electrogenerated mental manganese is of higher purity, superior quality and wider application.

Standard

YB/T 051--93

Application

Mainly used in steel-making, special steel-making, non-ferrous alloy (A-Mn alloy, Ti-Mn alloy, Mg-Mn alloy). It is also widely applied in chemical industry, electron undustry, medicine, aerospace, medicine. Also it is used in the high performance soft magnetization ferrite, high magnetic permeability ferrite, high saturated magnetic induction density low cost ferrite, high stable low cost ferrite.

Metalloid is a term used in chemistry when classifying the chemical elements. On the basis of their general physical and chemical properties, nearly every element in the periodic table can be termed either a metal or a nonmetal - however a few elements with intermediate properties are referred to as metalloids. (In Greek metallon = metal and eidos = sort) There is no rigorous definition of the term, however the following properties are usually considered characteristic of metalloids: metalloids often form amphoteric oxides. metalloids often behave as semiconductors (B,Si,Ge) to semimetals (eg. Sb). The concepts of metalloid and semiconductor should not be confused. Metalloid refers to the properties of certain elements in relation to the periodic table. Semiconductor refers to the physical properties of materials (including alloys, compounds) and there is only partial overlap between the two. The following elements are generally considered metalloids: Boron (B) Silicon (Si) Germanium (Ge) Arsenic (As) Antimony (Sb) Tellurium (Te) Polonium (Po) Some allotropes of elements exhibit more pronounced metal, metalloid or non-metal behavior than others. For example, for the element carbon, its diamond allotrope is clearly non-metallic, however the graphite allotrope displays limited electric conductivity more characteristic of a metalloid. Phosphorus, tin, selenium and bismuth also have allotropes which display borderline behavior. In the standard layout of the periodic table, metalloids occur along the diagonal line through the p block from boron to astatine. Elements to the upper right of this line display increasing nonmetallic behaviour; elements to the lower left display increasing metallic behaviour. This line is called the stair-step or staircase. The poor metals are to the left and down and the nonmetals are to the right and up. In addition, the halogens are found at the right.
Q: Now i am aware that these kind of questions might already exist. But i dont get - i listen to bands such as Linkin Park, Cypress Hill and Twiztid who sing Rap Metal Horrorcore, yet they still have Heavy metal in it. What is the difference between these two?P.S. Does anyone know any good and/or angry rap metal Horrorcore songs?
I'm not completely sure if Bullet For My Valentine is *heavy* metal, they might just be metal, but I love the song Room 409, Hand of Blood, and Cries In Vain,, and, well, I actually love all of their songs...
Q: I was pretty sure that metal is referring to music from heavy metal bands like AC/DC, KISS, Judas Priest, Metallica, maybe even Led Zeppelin. But now I'm hearing all of these lesser new bands calling their music metal and it is not at all the same.It irritates me, so I'm wondering if I have the wrong definition all together, or if this new music is just trying to latch on to older and better bands. Thanks
No. They're not black metal. They're alright. I like their aesthetic, especially. But there's several things that make a band black metal (beyond saying it), and Venom never were any of those things. The first is in the beats, and Venom played really down tempo, old school heavy metal beats. Even their fast songs would be considered slow for black metal. Secondly, their chord progressions are old school. They even use 12-bar blues progressions on certain songs… like Chuck Berry, or Elvis. Black metal doesn't do that. Thirdly, the vocals aren't black metal at all. And that may be the most important thing. There are black metal fans out there who call acoustic folk music black metal… just because it has black metal vocals. Black metal vocals are screamed, really-highed pitched harsh. Goblincore… Venom doesn't sound anything like that. Listen to Gorgoroth. Early Gorgoroth… with Pest as their singer. It's like nails on a chalkboard… which black metal fans, including myself, like. Granted, not all black metal vocals are that high-pitched, but they're always harsh. And if they're too low, they'll get labeled death metal shunned
Q: i can give basic examples of what i mean:metal+acid=salt and hydrogenmetal+oxygen= water etc...
metals have high electrical conductivity, metalloids are semi-conductors. metals give a salt and hydrogen with acids, metalloids don't.
Q: there's been viking metal, medieval metal, folk metal, anybody know any cowboy/western inspired bands?
Cacophony. Check out their album speed metal symphony. Its a masterpiece.
Q: Mine HAS to be Brutal Death Metal, although I do enjoy some Tech Metal!
I am a huge Metal Gear fan so my answers are pretty simple 1) My favorite by far is big boss from Snake Eater, since he is the Original, and Solid is for the most part his clone I think that The Big Boss would win in a fight. 2) This is a hard choice between Metal Gear Solid for the ps1, and Metal Gear solid 3 for the ps2. They were both awesome games it's just hard to choose. 3) The Metal Gear movie is already in production and is set for a 2009 release last I heard, I think it will be really interesting to see what they do with it.
Q: it's the only metal gear i haven't played, and sincerely it's not very appealing to me, i'd prefer to skip it.
have you ever setup your PSN id Account and logged in? make useful your firmware is as much as this element (2.40-one) obtain the patch for MGO, as quickly as you startup. (a million.a million i've got have been given self theory) then you extremely must be good to bypass.
Q: I'm not talking about metalcore, posthardcore, emo, or screamo. I'm talking about death metal, thrash metal, progressive metal, power metal, black metal ect... BQ: what do you see in the future for metal?BQ2: Favorite new up and coming metal artist?
