Q: Hello,I have a 3 month old baby boy and over the past month I have switched him to low-iron formula but I am scared that I made the wrong choice. He was quite constipated which is why I made the switch, but I read how they NEED Iron and I feel like maybe I should put him back on the iron-fortified stuff? What have your experiences been? Should I switch him back? Q: How do you make iron on decals? Is there a way?: As someone as already mentioned Avery makes iron on decals for t-shirts. You can find them at Walmart, Office Max, etc. Here are a couple of things to remember, you can make designs or use photos to use in the iron on. I use Picture It, although just about any program will work, Make sure you invert the image so that it looks backwards that way it will be correct on the shirt. It's a good idea to print the image on regular paper to make sure it's the way you want it and you don't waste a decal sheet. One other thing, decals on white t-shirts will have rectangular shape and it's pretty noticable on white. Other colors don't show this as much. I think that light gray is the best to put most decals on.

Q: I‘m considering doing iron-ons all over a T-shirt. If anyone knows, do iron-ons usually make a T-shirt rather rubbery and hard?: Not really but depends on how cheap the iron ons are sometimes they do feel awkward from the inside of the shirt. They also may fall off after a number of washes.

Iron from the skillet is absorbed directly into the food being cooked.

Solid iron can be melted or sublimated (converted directly to gas without melting), and liquid iron evaporated, if you provide the appropriate conditions. In reality, at any given P-T (pressure and temperature) conditions, all substances have an equilibrium vapor phase, which means that all substances will lose some molecules to the gas phase if there is space available for the gas phase, and thus all substances will evaporate completely if the system is open and the vapor phase is removed continuously. The only question is the matter of time; equilibrium vapor pressure can be extremely low so in practical terms, complete evaporation (probably sublimation in most situations with a solid) could take an absurdly long time. It is the presence of this vapor phase that makes it possible to detect solids by smell. You must have noticed that iron does actually have a particular odor of its own.
